I was just stopping in for coffee when I saw the staff putting the jewelry in the window. I had been admiring a pair of earrings for awhile and knocked on the door to see if I could come in (it was 9:35 and they don't open until 10). They let me in and immediately knew what I was looking for. They ended up suggesting a another pair that were better suited for my face/hairstyle AND they were cheaper!!!! I absolutely LOVE them and have received many compliments on them. I tell all my friends about my experience--no pressure, they really care about what is right for you and not how much money you spend--rare find!

We love All About Diamonds---the owners, staff, jeweler and appraiser are SOOOO friendly and professional! They worked VERY hard to help provide us EXACTLY what we were looking for. We ended up with an amazing ring, sized and set WHILE WE WAITED. Your shopping experience here will be low pressure and high success!!! We walked away feeling like we got a great value for a BEAUTIFUL and SPECIAL piece of jewelry. Don't miss out on visiting this store!

I was traveling to Austin (my daughter lives off of Bee Caves) and found All About Diamonds. I decided to take a peak (who doesn't love to look at jewelry) and was very impressed with the selection and quality of jewelry they carried. The staff was very helpful and I found several items I was vey interested in. They were also able to help me with a repair that I needed with my wedding ring. I will definitely return when in town and would highly recommend this store to anyone in Austin looking for a fine jewelry retailer.

I live off of Bee Caves and just stopped into All About Diamonds one afternoon to look around. The staff was very friendly and helpful - no high pressure sales. They were happy to show me a variety of pieces and answered any questions I had regarding pricing, quality, etc. I found several items I liked and will return to purchase at a later date. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for beautiful fine jewerly in Austin.

worst store in town they are very expensive and the owners are very snobby no wonder they have no buis. they act like they are the only show in town. there repair person messed up my diamond ring 3 times never go there again

All About Diamonds has new local owners as of Dec 4, 2007. Since then, All About Diamonds is no longer associated with Five Star or Westlake Jewelers. After visiting almost every diamond store in Austin, it was refreshing to find All About Diamonds. They have a Wide Selection of jewelry, Courteous Service, and Competitive Prices . Tell them what you want, be patient and they will find what you need. I will definitely shop here again and I have already recommend All about Diamonds to all my friends.

A friend had referred All About Diamonds to us. We decided to stop in and immediately felt the exceptional customer service. Not only are they very helpful but they are very knowledgable about diamonds. They actually sat down with my fiance and I and took the time to inform us of the 4 C's and wanted us to make sure we make an informed decision on an engagement ring. They were so great with us the 1st time, we went back to get our wedding bands from them also. Any question that I posed to them, they knew immediately or got back to me in a timely manner. I have not had to wait more than 1 day for an answer to my questions. The staff at All About Diamonds is wonderful and should at least be checked out!

Pros: good location with wonderful customer service

Cons: parking is always good in the morning, visited on weekends because they close at 5 on weekdays

If you want OUTSTANDING customer service for your jewelry and a PLEASANT experience, ALL ABOUT DIAMONDS is one of the jewelers in Austin you don't want to miss. Staff at All About Diamonds treats you with respect and no pressure to buy (unlike other chain jewelers). Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially, Kelly, the Store Manager. My ring was resized quickly while waiting in the store. The appraisal was mailed to my home within a week. The ring I bought is the most beautiful ring I ever own. I get many compliments from it. I had such a GREAT experience and will definitely go back to buy from them again.

All About Diamonds is a true jewelry store with out of this world customer service. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to meet and greet you at the door. The store has recently changed ownership and you can tell the difference. Westlake Jewelers and Five Star Jewelers are no longer affiliated with All About Diamonds, so the goals and drives can be All About YOU. The new owners take pride in their staff, jewelry and customers. This store has a bright future and I recommend stopping by to take a look at the new jewelry in stock, as well as meeting the new owners. YOU, the customer, are ALWAYS their number #1!
