Excellence & Professionalism

Fantastic service !! We had lived in our first home for 22 years before moving to a new home. Since our children had grown up in that home, we had a lot of memories & items needing to be moved. i was somewhat apprehensive about hiring someone to help at first, but these guys handled everything with care & professionalism. They showed up at our home to get started exactly when promised. It was very hot on the day we moved & they worked hard the entire time. At our new home they set everything exactly where I asked them to, and checked again before they left to see if I wanted them to move any boxes to a different room. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mover.

These guys are awesome. Quality - done fast, and done right. They moved my wife and I from a small 1 bedroom condo to our new home across town. A friend of mine used them and referred them to me. They were very professional and courteous and great to work with. They were very efficient also, which was great because the charge was hourly. They also, per my request because we wanted to keep our new carpet looking new, laid down plastic over the carpet and stairs during the move. Where they really scored with me though was, instead of just moving our bed and leaving it in the room for us to setup later, they took the time to setup our bed exactly how it was setup in the old house. That made all the difference because the last thing you want to worry about after a long day of moving is setting up your bed so you can sleep. It's 5 stars for me and I will definitely be using them again.

Hire Them!

I've used 4-5 different moving companies in Austin over the past 10 years for both my home and business. Infinity moving will be my only call from now on and my only referral to friends and family. Ben and staff are great and you will feel like you have known them your whole life. My parents had a pretty large move last year and had used Infinity to help them with their move. They had nothing but great things to say about them when I needed a recommendation. There are a lot of moving companies in Austin, but save yourself the time, stress, and other headaches by calling this company. 100% happy.

Best I've Used

We have moved 7 times in the last 10 yrs. from austin, to el paso, to portland, or and back....these guys are the best we have used. Very careful with my belongings and careful not to damage the house while moving heavy items. Very reliable and respectful. I will definitely use them again if we move.

Best Movers EVER!!!

I have used Infinity Moving twice in the past year. A local South Austin to North Austin move in 2009 and then in 2010 I had them move me from Austin to Frisco, TX. They were courteous, dependable and thorough. Rachel helped me inventory my items so I knew exactly what I would be spending and was very easy to talk to. Ben and Elijah moved me both times and the speed in which they were able to load and unload my house was amazing. Not only did they move me without a single dent, scratch or complaint. . . they took the time to show my kids how to take things apart, put them back together and explain they why’s of what they were doing.

I can honestly say Infinity moving offers the best price, unbelievable customer service and overall feeling of care that anyone could ever ask for. Keep up the great work guys.

Great Moving Company

I have used Infinity moving 3 times. My apartment offered free moving with a different moving company but I decided to pay for my move and go with Infinity. They showed up 5 minutes earlier than scheduled and treated everything with care. I accidentally left a box in the closet of my old apartment and thought it got misplaced and they went out of their way to contact the other resident that moved in just in case the box got mixed up. They stayed on top of it and even went to the resident's house to see if they had the box. The mixup was my fault but they were understanding and very concerned that I found my box. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced and hands down the best moving company. I will use them every time I move!

Their care will equal yours....

Did the research on them myself. Called different apartment complexes and asked if they had knowledge of company and what they thought. Rave reviews. None negative.

Office called the day before as they said they would to confirm appointment. They arrived on time and even called ten minutes before arrival to say they were in route. I hired 3 men as going from 2nd story to 3rd story in Texas July 95 degree heat. Best decision I made. We were packed and ready when they arrived and they had us in the truck in one hour. Queen bed, dresser, night stands, full living room furniture (including sleeper sofa), bookcases, dining room furniture, kitchen, bath, four wardrobe boxes, and plenty of art work.

Austin to Round Rock. We had two SUV's loaded as well which they unloaded upon arrival.

Owner one of the crew so he on site at all times; whether you hire 2 or 3 men--that in itself was reassuring to me. Very professional, very personable, high energy yet used strength to care for your furniture as though it was their own. Personable yet did not stand around chatting or waiting to be directed. Upon arrival to new apartment, placed boxes and furniture where requested and put bed together.

Their services would have been worth double the price I paid. Very efficient use of my time as well. The care they offer as their "normal" is under priced -- using another would be foolhearted on your part. Already planning to use them for younger daughter living in College Station next year!!

Added to my address book so will have them available for referral and future use. If you value your furniture and possessions you should do the same!!

Expert movers with genuine friendliness

I am usually very organized, but on moving day when the Infinity Moving crew showed up, they quickly assessed I had too small of a moving truck for them to load. They were extremely patient in changing their schedule for the day to allow me to go and get a bigger truck.

I have sensitive, antique pieces of furniture that they handled carefully and followed my instructions. They were great with packing advice and very flexible with how they worked around my family. The packing of the truck took longer than we all anticipated, but again, they were professional to the end in getting me packed up and ready to go.

Ben and Zach were genuinely friendly and we all felt comfortable with them - they are quality people as well as great professionals. Would highly recommend them to anyone. I've moved over 20 times across state lines and internationally - this crew was the best I had worked with as far as doing a quality job and making me feel peace of mind.
