Horrible Experience. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

For over two weeks now I have attempted to resolve an issue with George and he continues to not follow through and take care of what he has committed to.

I took my car to get detailed for a car show and upon returning it to me the tint on my passenger window is scratched significantly and the change I had sitting in a cup holder was gone. I was not able to inspect the car at the time of delivery due to the fact that I was extremely busy with work. I called George that Monday to make him aware of the missing change (approximately $4-5 dollars worth) and of the tint being scratched. He informed me he would stop by the place that tinted my window to get a quote and would call me back that day. TWO days later I call him up only to get an excuse that he had not received a response back from the tint shop. Again he assures me he will resolve this issue immediately. That weekend I drove to the tint shop, got an immediate quote and once again had to call George to provide the quote. At this point it is Tuesday of the second week and he agrees to mail the check to me (address provided and confirmed with him) that day. It is now Monday of week three and I call to find out what the current status is since he agreed to mail it Tuesday. He tells me he mailed it on Thursday or Friday instead of the Tuesday he committed to. I ask what he is going to do to resolve this issue if I have not received the check by Tuesday. His response - I was being a hard --- and this conversation was over then hung up on me.

I paid George $200 to perform a service without stealing from me or screwing up my car. I met my part of this agreement by paying him in full once my car was delivered. Apparently it was too much to ask them to meet their end of the agreement.

I WOULD STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Dishonest!!

My last couple of details with George were horrible; left over wax, missed spots and my latest experience includes damage to my car! While buffing, he stripped off one of my emblems. He said he would replace it and after 2 months and several calls to him he kept blowing me off until I finally gave up. The sad part is, I've been going to him since 98. So much for customer loyalty! Do yourself a favor, avoid the frustration and go somewhere else.

They are horrible

The "detail" was lacking in detail. There were items removed from my vehicle and the owner has yet to return over a month later. He has repeatedly berated, swore at, and hung up on me. I would never recommend using this company, and I hope anyone else that does does not have my problems.

Had two BMWs given full detail. Both looked great, with two exceptions: (1) window cleaning was incomplete, and (2) wax or polish was left on flat black body trim. I'd managed to keep the trim pristine for the previous 5 years, so this was a disappointment. I'm trying them again to see what they do with my feedback.

Not too good

When I got my car back from being detailed, some things were very good, such as cleaning out all the nooks and crannies in the dashboard, but simple things were not acceptable. The inside of the windows, for example, were streaked and a real mess.

The complimentary pick up/drop off was convenient, but I expected better for an expensive detailing service.

• Cons: Poor value
