Marshello makes you into a Marshmellow Massages!

Amazing! I love Novita and every single member of the staff is friendly and makes me feel right at home. By far the BEST massages by Marshello, she is intuitive to what you need and knows what she is doing. I have been having extreme shoulder pain that she has been working on for a few months, without her I would not be able to even turn my head. She has also given me advice on how to continue care for myself with showing me stretches to help allievate the pain I was feeling. Marshello also does the best body detox treatments as well as the body salt scrub. Novita is always running a special so you can get a great deal anytime! I have a membership with them and I more than get my moneys worth and time. (I always get a FULL hour) If I show up early enough I jump in their relaxing steam sauna to help feel the full effect of the massage. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Good Massage, but experience stressed me out!!!

It was beautiful, albiet pricey. I had about 15 minutes of time wasted in filling out paperwork and waiting for my masseuse, which I later found out wasted 15 minutes of my massage (I wasn't told to come early for that). The steamer was broken, which is included in the massage price, so the receptionist stated that I got an extra 15 minutes on the massage. When I stated that the massage was an hr, she stated the paperwork and whatnot took up 15 minutes. I was a little ticked since it was on the expensive side for a massage. She was kinda rude and acted like I shouldn't be wasting her time. I don't need to pay to be spoken down to! Bottom line is there are less expensive and less high maintenance experiences out there. The massage was great, but so are some of the cheaper ones.

Amazing facial, beautiful spa

I was recently treated to a lovely facial at Novita, and it was so nice that I wanted to write a review! My facialist, Shannon, was the ultimate professional and really made me feel pampered. Not only was the experience incredibly relaxing, but she spoke to me specifically about my skin and my concerns- without the "hard sell" of products, which I really appreciated. And her scalp massage was to DIE FOR ;)

After my facial, Shannon offered me the use of the amazing steam room and a glass of wine! What a treat!

The spa is lovely, but it was the attentive staff that really made my time there extra special.

I am planning to go back to have Shannon put on my Eyelash Extensions next month! Can't wait!!!

BEST YET!

My wife & I visited Novita Spa a couple of months ago spoiling ourselves with facials, massages (hot stone -- THE BEST!), and pedicures. While everything was absolutely wonderful and beyond our expectations, I have to comment on one product in particular. I suffer from Rosacea and was introduced to a product of Novita Spa Clinicals, AIR SUPPLY. Everything sounds good on a label, and, believe me, I have spent many dollars and hopes in purchasing special 'Rosacea' products. Air Supply was not offered as remedial for Rosacea. However, within ONE WEEK I had a noticeable improvement in the appearance and texture of my face; redness was gone and the skin appeared to be like 'everyone elses'! Bear in mind, I am MALE, and to comment so positively about a 'beauty product' requires a remarkable impression. Air Supply is now my secret armor and only augments what a wonderful experience we had at Novita Spa!! Best wishes for continued success!!!!!

Best eyelash extensions

"WOW "is all I could say when I saw my new eyelash extensions !! What a dramatic "instant pretty" transformation. Mary, at Novita Spa, is THE LASH LADY---she's amazingly committed to giving each eye its perfect frame, adding natural looking volume, depth and pizzazz. I'll never leave home without 'em!!

Great Experience

This was my first visit to Novita. I had received a coupon for a complimentary Swedish massage and called to book the appointment. First first thoughts leading up to the appointment was that if this was free, the massage would probably only be for 15-30 minutes. When I arrived, the staff greeted me and I felt most welcomed. There was a little confusion that I had to be taken through another store and up the stairs to reach the spa area but I now know that Novita is in the middle of expanding. Katelynn provided an exceptional massage and it lasted for 1 hour! I was very impressed with my whole experience and booked another massage (this time a hot stone) for my birthday.

• Pros: Wonderful customer service; comfortable temperature in massage room
• Cons: Separate entrance from reception area; small room area

Good But Getting Better

The spa is too small at this time but should be getting better with their expanded new space. The service offerings are good but more package options would be nice. The skin care products are exceptional....the skin lightener is the most effective I have ever found....anywhere....period! I'm looking forward to my next visit when the new space is complete!

• Pros: Skin care products are expensive but wonderfully effective!
• Cons: Hard to book appointments with a friend at this time due to confined space.

Very Good Massage, Small Space

My massage with Maggie was very good. I have had many massages and she really got to the areas that needed work. I started out with an appointment for a Swedish massage but we upgraded to a Deep Tissue Therapeutic based on the problems I was having. I walked out feeling great. The atmosphere of Novita was a bit different than I am used to - on the small side with an odd walk over and up stairs that I hope will be remedied over time. The spa space itself seemed very small and cramped with thin interior walls. I asked Maggie to turn up the music in our room and I did not hear any outside noise after that. Overall it was a good massage experience but if you are used to large spas this one will leave you lacking.

Most Wonderful Massage Ever!!!! BY ...........

I came to Novita Spa for the first time two weeks ago. I absolutely loved my Therapeutic Massage by Katelynn. She is new to the Spa and pretty new to massage. If she wouldn't have told me that I would have thought she had been doing massage for years. Her touch is wonderful. I would most definitely recommend her to any one seeking a massage.

I loved the checkout area. It had many things to look at. And I am looking forward to the new spa being opened hopefully soon.

• Pros: They go above and beyond. Even with little things like orange water. Rose petals in your pedicure bath ect.
• Cons: Having to walk up stairs.
