I've been coming here for over a year now and I won't trust my skin to anyone else. When I first came to medspa-austin I had really bad acne and brown spots all over from the scars. I was embarrassed to leave my house, I had been to dermatologists and everything and nothing was working. Then I heard about this place from my hairdresser. The girl I go to (Sarah) spent a long time talking with me about my skin, what was going on in my life, my diet etc, and made recommendations from there. She made up a treatment plan for me and actually cut my skincare routine in half! After years of bad skin I saw a difference within a couple of weeks-I could not believe it. My skin is clear for the first time, and I'm now getting laser hair removal too! The staff is always really nice and there is good parking, even if they are a little difficult to find. I've sent several friends here and they even gave us all a little bonus for refering or being referred! I don't know what that other girl is talking about because the pricing has always been up front and affordable for me-although they do run different specials so you may get a better deal one month and have to pay full price the next so if they're running a good deal jump on it!
Pros: Products and services that work, pretty location, nice staff
Cons: Can be a little expensive but still worth it
