Our telecom affilate in Austin had a bad hard drive that neede to be repaired. They had a fellow at the location in under 2 hours. We were able to restore most of the data and with a second visit they upgraded our servers to the new system. We appreciate all the good work and highly recommend.

Great service, friendly attitude, and a good job. While visiting Fl my PC became in need of repair urgently in order for me to display my software to clients. 1 HOUR Support was there to help when I thought no one could, and in a timely fashion as well. I have a website that need to be remade which I have handed over to them. So far it looks great and I expect it will finish that way. I recommend their service to anyone. I expect I will be using them again in the future and will recommend their services to my clients.

My laptop wasn't booting. The guy on the phone was rude and condescending as he interrupted me to tell me it's probably the LCD. I didn't think it was the LCD, but I didn't want to argue with him so I gave him my credit card number to get the process started. They sent a local repair technician who works out of his home to pick my laptop up and take it home. They called later to tell me that I should get a new laptop because the guy can't figure out what's wrong with it, other than it isn't the LCD. They suggested replacing the motherboard and CPU, which would cost more than the price of a new laptop. This cost of figuring out that I should get a new laptop ran around $150.

I found these people on citysearch, and gave them a try. The technitian went 10 miles to pcik up my laptop, and had it repaired overnight. We had to replace the LCD, but it works great. Thanks a bunch.
