fast, smart, and friendly

My desktop was running so slow that I couldn't get any work done so I called OCC and there was a friendly, smiling tech fixing me up within an hour. He did his thing and within minutes my computer was running faster than when I bought it! He said that there was alot of stuff that came with the computer that really bogs it down. Then he installed a free program that will watch for viruses that he says will run faster and work better than the Norton program I had been paying for!

He even connected my printer to my wireless network and showed me how I can print documents from my laptop from anywhere in the house!! I knew that kind of stuff could be done but I just never knew how.

Great Service at a small cost

I called OCC to come and fix a networking problem I was having. A short time after I called there was a friendly tech at my door. He fixed the problem and also gave me some great advice on what to do if this happened again. I shopped their rate around as well and I couldn't find a cheaper place anywhere. They were great, curtious, cheap, and best of all friendly. If anything ever happens to my computer or network again I know who I'll be calling. Thanks OCC......

If On Call Computers hadnt spent hours weeding out the tangle of music downloads and other junk on our home computer I would not have been able to work at all. It took quite a while but the technician was totally focused and finished with perfect results. He even helped with advice on how to avoid future problems.

Perfect

All I wanted was a working computer. The hinge on my compaq laptop screen was busted, my computer was showing a blue screen after comming up with error messages that might as well been in chinese. One call, one technician, in one hour they were there. They fixed it without a problem and I had a working computer again for $80. I almost bought a new one instead. The guy who came over to help (his name was greg) was very profesional (not nerdy at all by the way). I couldn't be happier, I would have paid 3 times what I spent. I am originally from Ohio, and I believe that service like this is impossible to get anywhere but Austin.

Hard working guys

I called these guys yesterday with a laptop that wouldn't even boot up, two of them came over the same day within hours of my call. They did what they do and about thirty minutes later they were done. I only paid $40 and my computer worked again the same day. I was visibly impressed so they did ask me to post my opinion on this site, but its all true.
