My desktop was running so slow that I couldn't get any work done so I called OCC and there was a friendly, smiling tech fixing me up within an hour. He did his thing and within minutes my computer was running faster than when I bought it! He said that there was alot of stuff that came with the computer that really bogs it down. Then he installed a free program that will watch for viruses that he says will run faster and work better than the Norton program I had been paying for! He even connected my printer to my wireless network and showed me how I can print documents from my laptop from anywhere in the house!! I knew that kind of stuff could be done but I just never knew how. Thanks OCC!
