Doing business with Crown has been a pleasure. John and Monica are great business people and treat their customers with great respect and loyalty. They always provide a great product and provide it on time. I love doing business with these two they are great.

Monica and John are great! They really try hard to make sure each and every customer is satisfied. My orders were done on-time and correctly (and at a great price).

I have used Crown Tropheys to take care of my clubs large order( aprox. 290 tropheys each year) for the last 3 years and I couldn't be more pleased. If a trophey was scratched or if I had to add a trophey to our order the staff was very coopertive and very willing to put in that extra bit of effort to get our package done. The staff has always been extremly helpful, and I have never had a problem. I would highly recomend their shop for your trophy needs!

I found Crown Trophy by using this service's reviews and I'm so glad I did. I knew there were plenty of trophy shops but these folks are much more personable and professional in their customer service. I like the location and ease of getting in and out. There's plenty of selection, the interior is clean and well kept, and Monica keeps a large candy bowl on the counter. But I'm happiest to have the relationship established that now consists of a monthly email notice and 24 hr completion. My boss is impressed when I make our montly award meetings and comments, "How'd you get that so fast?". Seems magical to me, too.

I recently had several corporate awards made at Crown Trophy. John really went the extra mile to make sure that my plaques were outstanding. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the results. After giving the awards out though, I realized that I had mispelled one of the names when I placed my order. I called the store and told them what I had done and that I needed another plaque made. Monica had the plaque ready for me within 30 minutes. I was able to replace the plaque that I had presented the same day. The speed that I was able to replace the plaque made the recepient better about the whole deal. There's no doubt that I'll place my next order with Crown Trophy.

It has been wonderful to find a place like Crown Trophy to help us with our company awards. They guided us through the process of finding a unique employee award that we give out monthly, and also produced our first Team Recognition Plaques. Being a small company ourselves, we appreciate the level of service and attention we always receive from Monica and John.

Crown Trophy on 620 is an outstanding store to purchase trophies and awards from, they have outstanding customer service and provide a quality product at a reasonable price. I have been using Crown Trophy for a number of years to purchase business awards, sports awards and scout awards. I am a member of a local youth baseball board and have encouraged our league to use Monica’s Crown Trophy store for our yearly league awards, tournament awards and all our recognition awards. Monica and her staff have never missed a deadline and the trophies have always been accurate and well put together. They have also been able to handle short notice needs and have handled large orders in access of 1500 trophies. Monica and her team are always willing to spend time working with me putting together different configurations until I find just what I am looking for. Several years ago we actually purchased a large number of trophies from a mail order company and many of the trophies arrived damage. Monica worked to fix the broken trophies in less than a day allowing us to make sure every kid got a quality trophy. You cannot find a better Trophy store in the city!

Crown Trophy has been proving our monthly, quarterly and annual plaques for a couple years now. The service is excellent and always fast. We've used them for custom awards as well and everything has always turned out great. Monica is a pleasure to work with and treats her customers like they were her own family. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I made the mistake and believed the outstanding reviews on this site for Crown Trophy. The customer service and product were terrible and I will never go back. How can a company blatently mess up an order and then try to blame the client? I had to go into town to get my order redone by a reputable award company as Crown Trophy is worthless for anything other than trophies. My suggestion to businesses is find a company that specializes in corporate awards and avoid the chain store/mom&pop outlets.
