I absolutely love the pizza at Homeslice - the eggplant is to die for! However, every time we've dined in the service has been atrocious. Rude staff, slow service. Here's an idea, stop trying to be so hip and cool and invest in the little buzzy devices that let you know your table is ready - they might seem a bit tacky, but it sure beats skipping folks who are waiting because you wrote down what hat a member of the party was wearing (hat's come off indoors!). Also, what's the deal with no slices during certain times and being closed on Tuesdays? Most of the people I know love the pizza but often choose not to go because of these issues. Customer service is important, guys.
Pros: great food, awesome pizza, great decor
Cons: horrible, horrible service
