These guys are good at making sure you do the things you need to do. They are better at it than any other firm I have worked with. An example would be that I had not changed the name of the person set to inherit my 401k if I were to die. That could be a bad thing because that person is my ex-wife. They continued to remind me of that until I actually got it done. Now my current wife will not be upset at me. Ok. Bad example, but it is true.
Pros: follow-up, contact, knowledge
Cons: a bit more money than others in the past

I posted a reveiw and it is now gone? I agreed with a second person who saw these guys as interested more in their commission than my service. Now both my review and the second is missing. And there is a discrediting response to a third negative review while a vacuous (canned?) good review is left alone. Very suspect.
Pros: Argue with negative evaluations or they dissappear.
Cons: They know how to manipulate the system

All they wanted to do was roll my 401k over into an annuity with a huge surrender fee. Noooooo way!
