Outstanding!

I can't say enough good things about Jon and mylendingplace. Jon made what can be a daunting task and made it about as simple as it can get. He explained things in detail and offered to go over everything again (and again) until we were clear on everything. I'm still impressed by the level of service he has provided and have referred our friends to him as well. Simply put...he is outstanding!

Jon was excellent! He made mine and my husband's first home buying experience completely stress-free. He met with us at the very begining and explained the whole mortgage/financial process and answered all our questions. We felt well informed and that Jon was looking out for our best interest. All in all, Jon was great - I am very, very pleased!

The three H's: Honest, Helpful and Honorable

Jon at mylendingplace manages a honest business. At the end of the contract, there are no hidden fees or costs that he didn't explain. It's all straightforward information. He is always available and takes that extra step to make sure you understand your mortgage. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future.

My best loan experience so far

I recently moved to Austin, TX after selling my home in Southern California. In California it is normal for a loan to take 60 days to close. That's why I was pleasantly surprised when Jon Spears from Mylendingplace.com had my loan funded and closed in 22 days. Not only did my loan close quickly (which was a huge blessing to my family), but the customer service that I experienced during the whole process was top notch! They followed up like a professional lending company should and I always felt like I was in control, from the type of loan I chose whether it be an ARM, Fixed rate, or Interest only, to rolling in the closing costs. There are a lot of choices out there but from now on, I'm using MYLENDINGPLACE.COM for all of my future loans.

Exceeding expectations

In my dealings with Jon Spears at MyLendingPlace, I was overwhelmed by his urgency and encouragement to help me understand what I was getting into with a mortgage. He took the time to explain every little detail and 'manufactured' the mortgage to what my wife and I were looking for.

He asked question and got personal with what mortgage suited us rather than giving us the basics, getting his money, and pushing us out of the way and onto his next client.

I fully understand my mortgage and am confident in the mortgage that was dynamically suited for me.
