Did not deliver flowers on Valentine's Day (as ordered), did not call to say there was a problem

They didn't actually deliver flowers that were ordered for Valentine's Day. Nor did they call my husband to tell him they could not find the building or that there was a problem. He asked at 4pm if I had received them, and I had not. I was in tears. Shallow of me? Perhaps, but it happens. They did not make it by 5pm, either. I got them next morning, and they were nice and all, but I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this place if you want to actually receive your flowers.

• Pros: Flowers looked OK in the end when finally delivered a day late
• Cons: Did not deliver on Valentine's Day, Did not call to say there was problem, Made me cry

Beautiful Wedding Bouquets

Scott, Just wanted to thank you and your staff for doing such a lovely job on our wedding flowers!!! The bouquets were beautiful and are still pretty after being in that terrible heat. The cut flowers that I picked up from you were so fresh and also lasted through the heat and after! Thanks again for your help.

Made My Day!

I wanted to thank you for the lovely flower arrangement that you left at my office. My father had minor (thank goodness) heart surgery and everything turned out well. It was nice to come back to find your flowers waiting for me. We will definitely keep you in mind for future flower needs.
