Thank you
by miksven
I have always had bad teeth, and been ashamed to smile, or even talk expressively, around other people. I visited Dr. Hall last year to see what I could do about my smile. Porcelain veneers were the answer, but the cost initially made me hesitate (this cost is roughly the same everywhere, I found out). Dr. Hall's staff made it easy to finance the work with a company called Care Credit. It is great that an office offers options. The investment was well worth it, a hundred times over. I want to thank you so much for the beautiful work!!! I flash my beautiful teeth everywhere I go now. Dr. Hall is an absolute artist.
- Pros: great cosmetic work
- Cons: I did no do this sooner
Great dentist, terrific service
by hasch
I was very impressed with the front office personnel right away. They were pleasant on the phone, extremely helpful with any questions, and handled all the details of my insurance efficiently. The girl that cleaned my teeth was very professional, gentle and treated me like her friend or family. Dr. Hall's exam was extremely thorough. He explained exactly what I needed and why.
I can tell you that this is a top notch office, and I have made appointments for my wife and child as well. I would recommend this office to anyone.
- Pros: clean, high tech, and personable
- Cons: none
Rip off alert - incompetent and uncaring
by aggie97cc
I have been to several dentists and have had good and bad experiences over the years. I can state with facts that this practice is a rip off. I was uncomfortable with prepaying for services to begin with. Why should I give my hard earned money prior to having any work one. I needed some emergent work so I returned a few times afterwards. Two of the four visits were nothing more than xrays and peripheral exams. One visit was the single most painful dental experince of my life including 12 excrutiating shots and two and a half hours of cleaning my teeth. Other dentists stated this should have taken two visits not one.
To top it all off I was overcharged about $150 due to incompetent filing and lack of understanding of their contractual agreement with the insurance. I had to prove that I was overcharged and argued until they discovered that they had not filed for services and overcharged for procedures.
Then I discovered why they demand prepayment. They want you to pay more than required and then hope you do not read the EOB's or check with your insurance about the claims or out of pocket.
I understand that deadbeats walk on dental bills and the dentists is in business to make a profit but they assume the risk of bad debt if they want to be in business just like anyone. This practice is a scam so if you insist on them traumatizing you orally be sure you read your EOB's and avoid overpayment. Also expect to be treated like a criminal if you question their shady billing practices.
- Pros: I dont have to go back
- Cons: I went in the first place
Young doctor & relatively new business doing their best and successfully improving all the time.

I've seen some negative reviews of Dr. Brandon Hall's Aspire Dental practice and I believe these reviews are unwarranted. I have used Dr. Hall for over 2 years and would definitely recommend him to others.
Dr. Hall is young and likely still developing his professional "bedside manner", but he gladly answers any questions and responds well to someone initiating conversation. He was still training a young staff when I began seeing him and this likely explains some negative comments made by other reviewers. But I feel the staff go out of their way to be personable - even if sometimes you may need to be the one to initiate the dialog. Some staff members may be shy but I think it is mostly a matter of discerning when patients desire only the facts and when they are more comfortable with informal conversation.
Dr. Hall seems to be very professional and competent despite his relatively newness. His practice is young and, understandably, so is much of the staff. Some difficulties are inevitable as a practice is nurtured and young professionals "find their feet", but I still highly recommend Dr. Brandon Hall.
This recommendation is especially pertinent to young patients looking to establish a relationship with a competent, personable dentist after "leaving the nest" - when their parent's dentist may no longer be an option because they've moved or now have their own insurance with different providers.
Establishing yourself as a patient early on with a provider can earn you some special treatment later on - this is pretty cool.
I am over 40 and have seen several dentists over the years so I believe I am somewhat qualified to assess and recommend Dr. Hall. I hope you give serious consideration to making Aspire Dental and, especially Dr. Brandon Hall your dental provider.
I am self employed with no dental insurance, I pay for every service out of my pocket so I have ample opportunity to be displeased - yet I always seem to leave with a smile on my face.
Emergency Visit
by ajh08
I went to Aspire dental for an emergency toothache. I was impressed that they could get me in the same day without a long waiting time. When I came in the staff was very attentive to my needs and made me feel very comfortable. I am extremely afraid of the dentist and was put at ease by kindness of the assistant and Dr.Hall. He was informative, friendly , and professional. I would highly recommend Aspire Dental.
Good experience at Aspire Dental

Great experience! Dr. Hall was very personable and professional. And I liked the fact that I was in and out in no time.
- Pros: On time, good staff
Very disappointing experience
by delpiero
I went in to see Dr. Hall for a routine cleaning. The staff was friendly enough, but I did not feel like it was a professional atmosphere. It seemed like all the girls there were just out of college. The hygienist was ok, but when Dr. Hall came in he was not friendly or personable at all. He hardly introduced himself and didn't make me feel like a welcome patient. I decided to give them another chance and I went back for some sealants and a cavity - and that's where things went from bad to worse. They certainly did not work on me very gracefully, and it didn't help that Dr. Hall was telling his assistant what to do at every step of the way, as if this was the first time she was doing this. The anesthesia took an entire day to wear off, and I had severe pain where he gave me the shots for several days afterwards. I've been going to see dentists regularly ever since I've had teeth and not once was I this disappointed (even the root canal I had hurt less than a simple cavity with Dr. Hall). Look elsewhere.

I went to Aspire Dental for a new patient appointment. I liked that you could download the new patient paperwork online, but the receptionist who made my appointment was not very friendly. I was told over the phone that they took my insurance, but it was not until I checked out that the same receptionist who took my phone call told me that the office was out of network with my insurance and that I would have to pay the difference. I strongly believe that I should have been told over the phone that I was out of network. If I would have know that then I wouldn't have gone there in the first place. The hygienist was super nice and very gentle. She was the best part of the entire office. She was friendly and did an excellent job. The dentist came in for about 2 minutes to do my exam and he wasn't very friendly or personable. When he entered the room he didn't introduce himself, he just started asking me questions. He made me feel like a number and not a patient. If I am putting my trust in somebody that I have never met before, then he needs to make me feel welcomed. Dr. Hall sounded more like a salesman than a dentist by trying to sell me unecessary dental work. When I was checking out the computers crashed so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to boot back up so the receptionist could check me out. She told me that this happens about 10 times a day. If it happens so much then Dr. Hall should have the problem fixed. After checking out and paying the difference since I am out of network, I decided that I wouldn't go back. There is better elsewhere.
Hygenist is good, but office staff and service is lacking
by longhorn2002
The hygenists do a decent job and are friendly, but the office staff seems lacking at times. The way my bills have been handled have not been very professional, which is annoying. Overall, there's probably better out there, but I go out of convenience.
