I had the best experience at Lone Star Laser. I went in for a consultation about an old tattoo I wanted removed. They were incredibly informative and so caring. I went for treatment THAT day and bought a complete package! LOVE Lone Star Laser Clinic!!!

Pros: Informative, Patient Care, Great Atmoshere, ACTUALLY works!

Cons: Stings a little...but not bad!

My experience with Martha & Mike (and their staff, of course!) has been GREAT! Years ago I got a tattoo that I thought was cool, in a place where everyone could see it. Well, years later it's not so cool anymore and it's a drag that I can't wear a backless dress without it showing. I am about to get my 8th treatment, with high hopes that it will only be a few more visits before it's completely gone. Martha's calm demeanor and confidence has been a Godsend and I am so happy that I chose them. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is on the verge of "rethinking their ink"! THANKS MARTHA & MIKE FOR EVERYTHING!

Cons: price, pain & time for completion

Since recently moving to Austin, TX I was in search of a laser tat. removal place. I was swayed by the high recommendations Lonestar Removal got on city search. I am glad I have found a place to help me remove my tattoos. The atmosphere is great; the staff and owner are down to earth and are there for you. I highly recommend Lonstar if you are in need of removing a tattoo.

I had a few tattoos that I thought looked pretty cool,....when I was drunk.... they were not very appealing, at least to me....... The accomadations and the service with which I had the total pleasure to experience at the Lonestar Laser Clinic surpassed my greatest expectations. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL , THE CLINIC WAS SPOTLESS and....... THE SERVICE WAS OF THE HIGHEST CALIBER POSSIBLE. I would recomend this place to anyone. I could not be more satisfied. I always thought I couldn't afford this because I was told .........TO REMOVE ONE OF THEM WOULD COST A COUPLE OF THOUSAND DOLLARS ! ! ! ! ! !......... I HAD BOTH OF THEM REMOVED FOR LESS THAN IT WOULD HAVE COST ME TO REMOVE ONE ! ! ! !.....I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT IT WAS.... VERY,.... VERY PAINFUL.........PLEASE........ IF THIS IS PAINFUL, I'VE FELT MORE PAIN AFTER A HARD NIGHT ON THE TOWN ! ! ! ! ! ! ! the experience that I had was amazing....you would have to be there to believe how EASY AND ALMOST TOTALLY PAINLESS THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS. I’m on my 3rd laser tattoo removal treatment at Lone Star Laser Clinic. I wanted to say thank you and tell you how much I appreciate your service. My cousin goes to your office in Houston and had referred your clinic to my sister and I several months ago. She mentioned how great you all were and said, “OH, YOU GUYS HAVE TO GO TO Lone Star Laser Clinic! They have an office in Austin.” She then handed us your business card. My sister has a small pink tattoo on her wrist had been going to another laser tattoo removal center for months, 12 or 13 treatments to be exact! Not at all happy with the progress, treatment or the customer service at the other laser center, she called Lone Star Laser Clinic and made her next appointment. When she got to Lone Star Laser Clinic she called me to come over. I work about a block from your Austin location, so of course I went to see what it was all about. When I got to your office everybody was so nice and welcoming. I’ve wanted to get my tattoo removed from my leg for quite a while. The staff said, “Hey, we have a cancellation do you want to go next?” So, I went ahead and had my first treatment. My sister and I now make an evening out of it. We go to dinner, hold hands during our treatments, and laugh hysterically with the Lone Star Laser Clinic crew. Martha, Iris and the office staff are so friendly, funny, helpful and professional. I practically consider them friends because we all get along so well. They definitely make a painful procedure like lasering your skin, actually not bad at all. Molly and I always leave laughing and smiling. Bottom line…I notice how hard all the girls in the Austin office work. I realize that having a laser treatment on your skin is very serious business; I also notice that all the medical equipment is sterile; everything is clean, new and very organized. I’m not worried about infection or a bad treatment. I have confidence that my sister, my cousin and I will be well taken care of."

Pros: Beautiful new office in Austin. Great staff. Great value for your money. Saturday appt available.

Cons: Takes time. You have to be patient.

When I decided to remove my tattoo I was very skeptical and nervous about the procedure. The laser technicians were very educated on this procedure, which made me feel very comfortable and less nervous. The laser techs were patient and friendly through out the procedure. It's very uncommon to find such helpful, understanding people now adays. The quality of their customer service extended even after I left their office. The laser tech followed up with me a few days later, to ask how I was doing and if I needed anything to call them anytime for their help. I have recommended their services to all my friends and anybody else. Not only am I happy with the treatment I have recieved with them, I plan to get other skin services from them. the offer this amazing laser rejuvination treatment that helps acne and acne scars. I can't wait to start and let you know how it's going.

lone star laser clinic has changed my life when i was 17 i got a tatto that i that looked good tome then later in life 100 lbs later and 5 kids the tatto does not fit my life style any more i drive 4 hours just to go see martha every 8 weeks to final so good by to my tatoo

Martha is my HERO! My past is one where tattoos were symbols of tribe, not today’s trend. They all had a story, right? Although, I’ve made peace with the destructive history, behind me, I still had the past glaring me in the face, every time I looked in the mirror. I had obvious scarring from previous laser removal, so I came in skeptical, but motivated to be rid of tattoos. Because of Martha’s calm, confident demeanor, superb skill with a laser, and LoneStar Laser Clinic’s professional style, I became confident that I was in good hands. The results went beyond my expectations. I originally believed I’d only come in for 1 tattoo removal, but I’m so excited about the results that I’m going to go for removing all of them. Thank you, Martha and LoneStar Laser Clinic! Because of you, I am getting the future-life I imagined….it’s never too late to have a happy childhood AND there is no such thing as a ‘permanent’ tattoo! It took me some time to make my decision on where to get my tattoo removed. After several emails with Lone Star and a couple of phone calls, I knew they were the clinic that had it all together. I have heard so many horror stories about these sorts of procedures, so by doing my homework on the front side, I was able to determine that with the experience, training and background that the laser techs have at Lone Star Laser Clinic, they were the right choice. I have had 2 treatments already, and indeed, they are awesome! Martha is exceptionally good at what she does. Everyone in the clinic is very caring and they are available any time to answer questions...even on a Sunday morning! The experience they have goes a long way and it shows. Speaking for myself and all the patients that Lone Star sees...thank you very much. ~DR

The folks at Lonestar really know their stuff. They made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The clinic has a soothing atmoshpere and they answer any and all questions. You can tell that they have been doing this for a while...and I'm so glad they brought their knowledge and expertise to Austin. Cons: A little difficult to find their location. But they do have a map link on their website that I recommend you use.
