I’m on my 3rd laser tattoo removal treatment at Lone Star Laser Clinic. I wanted to say thank you and tell you how much I appreciate your service. My cousin goes to your office in Houston and had referred your clinic to my sister and I several months ago. She mentioned how great you all were and said, “OH, YOU GUYS HAVE TO GO TO Lone Star Laser Clinic! They have an office in Austin.” She then handed us your business card. My sister has a small pink tattoo on her wrist had been going to another laser tattoo removal center for months, 12 or 13 treatments to be exact! Not at all happy with the progress, treatment or the customer service at the other laser center, she called Lone Star Laser Clinic and made her next appointment. When she got to Lone Star Laser Clinic she called me to come over. I work about a block from your Austin location, so of course I went to see what it was all about. When I got to your office everybody was so nice and welcoming. I’ve wanted to get my tattoo removed from my leg for quite a while. The staff said, “Hey, we have a cancellation do you want to go next?” So, I went ahead and had my first treatment. My sister and I now make an evening out of it. We go to dinner, hold hands during our treatments, and laugh hysterically with the Lone Star Laser Clinic crew. Martha, Iris and the office staff are so friendly, funny, helpful and professional. I practically consider them friends because we all get along so well. They definitely make a painful procedure like lasering your skin, actually not bad at all. Molly and I always leave laughing and smiling. Bottom line…I notice how hard all the girls in the Austin office work. I realize that having a laser treatment on your skin is very serious business; I also notice that all the medical equipment is sterile; everything is clean, new and very organized. I’m not worried about infection or a bad treatment. I have confidence that my sister, my cousin and I will be well taken care of."
Pros: Beautiful new office in Austin. Great staff. Great value for your money. Saturday appt available.
Cons: Takes time. You have to be patient.
