Dr. Eslami best downtown dentist!!!!. I was seen by Dr. Eslami today... and let me tell you it was the best experience i have had in a dentists office!!!!! She was very sweet and patient. While working on my teeth she answered all my questions and told me everything she was doing. She walked me threw each step and made sure I was comfortable in every way. I truly feel that she put my needs first and did not stop working til i was out of pain!!!! The office staff was extremely nice.. I would tell anyone that needs a dentist to go to her office!!! I do not trust this dentist at all. I was ween by Dr. Eslami one time and she told me that two of my teeth need crowns and righ there I made an appointment for that. Luckily I was able to talk with two other dentists and they told me that it takes a lot for a tooth to need crown! I was seen by one of them and he told me those teeth do not need refilling let alone crowns!!!!! I have not had any problem with my teeth so far (almost a year). This is very shocking and just an irresposible dentist can make such a decision to ruin your healthy tooth!…

WONDERFUL ALL AROUND. Such a wonderful experience every time I go in for work or cleaning. Generally....I absolutely loathe going to the dentist, I have had extensive dental work done in my life from dentists in various towns. South Dakota, Dallas, Paris TX, Austin. BUT Dr. Eslami's office is finally somewhere I know I don't have to change dentists again! I wouldn't trust anyone else.

My favorite office all round. I am never waiting for my appointment; the staff is very kind, experienced, helpful, accommodating and gentle.

The chairs massage you as you get your work done, Dr. Eslami has small hands that are gentle and time effective. She will explain what she is doing if you would like as well :)

I suggest her to anyone and everyone I know that mentions they need a dentist. I recently discovered I had a mutual friend who sees her as well, we couldn't say enough nice things about her and her practice to each other when we discovered this commonality.

OH and the location is awesome!…

She practically ruined one of my front teeth!!!!. I had an absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Eslami - all the way around. I think that she must be one of the very WORST dentists in the city! I searched the internet for a cosmetic dentist and found her. I told her that 2 simple things were bothering me about my teeth - and the very simplest being a very small, but, noticeable chip on my upper left front tooth.

I told her that I wanted to look great for an upcoming trip with old friends that was very important to me.

To make a long story short - after paying numerous 'consultation fees' of $100 each and getting absolutely no where!!! She finally got to my chipped front tooth days before my trip (even though I had first visited her several months in advance)!

She said that my tooth would be so simple to correct initially and I could hardly believe it after I looked at it - after having sat in her chair as she sculpted and then drilled away (wow - it seemed like a lot she was doing for this minor chip). Anyway, she put SO MUCH ceramic on my tooth that it looked like I had ONE HUGE FRONT TOOTH STICKING WAY OUT in the front of my mouth.

I could hardly believe it when she brought the mirror to my face to ask me "what I thought of it" afterwards!! I told her that it looked way bigger than all of my other teeth and very strange ofcourse - I also began to feel very panicked at that point.

So - she went back to drilling and asked me a second time - it still looked WAY OFF - it was bigger and rounder than the front tooth right next to it! I told her - to please try again and she did and after a 3rd time of drilling it - it still looking large and a completely different shape than my natural tooth next to it - she said that there was nothing else that she could do and that I would have to go elsewhere if I wanted it to look any better! She said to go home and 'look at it' and think about it over the weekend as this happened on a Friday!

My husband and my sister could hardly believe what she had done to my tooth when I got home. The only reason I left her office at that point anyway was because I had decided that she was clearly incapable!

I did leave her a message telling her how very upset I was about my tooth and she did end up refunded that 'correction' only, but, none of the other 'consulation fees' for all the work that I no longer wanted her to do!

I was very lucky to find another and much more reputable dentist on Monday morning who felt so sorry for me (as I told them about how I was traveling for my important event that Wednesday) and that I had a huge, strangely shaped front tooth!

The other "real cosmetic dentist" agreed right away that the tooth was larger and was way off - she did her best to fix it, but, it STILL looks very slightly off from my other front tooth - only at certain angles and I have noticed it in pictures. It had a chip before, but, it matched my other tooth perfectly in every other way.

I can not stress enough how extremely unpleasant this experience was with this "so-called dentist"! Her service is HORRIBLE as are her fees, AND her work!!!!!!!

Stay FAR, FAR AWAY!!!…

Wonderful Dentist. I was introduced to Dr. Eslami through my son. She did a wonderful job fixing my crowns, re-doing my fillings, deep cleaning, and whitening. She is very polite and well informed with new techniques and procedures.

Her office is very cozy and the massaging chairs are extremely comfortable, especially during long procedures.

Her staff is also as wonderful and joyful as Dr. Eslami herself.

I love the work that she did and I will be using her for my future dental work.…

An Amazing and Talented Dentist. I live in Southern California and travel to Austin for business frequently. My 2009 New Year resolution was fixing my teeth and getting the “Hollywood teeth” I always wanted. Having spoken to dentists from San Diego to LA to Austin, Dr. Eslami was the only doctor who was confident enough to give me what I wanted. She was also the only doctors who “I” felt comfortable working on my teeth (I have dental phobia). It is very important to me that my doctors take their time in understanding what I am looking for and explaining every step and detail of the procedure; Dr. Eslami undoubtedly fitted in that category.

After 5 sessions, I look like a new man. She has worked a miracle and has done a wonderful job with my teeth (fillings, crowns, veneers, etc.) I recommend her 100%.

Plus, she has an amazing office, right off the freeway (Mopac and 6th St.), with the latest technologies such as massaging chairs and TVs in each room.…

Awesome Dentistry. I've been going to this office for about two years and each time I look forward to going again. I made the transition from pediatric dentistry and orthodontics and this is my first, and only, "grown up" dentist.

On each of my visits my dental hygienist was Veronica and she's fantastic. Every visit she has remembered me by name and not only has she done an excellent -painless- cleaning, she's also been friendly and great to talk to.

Dr. Eslami is very skilled and concise. However, though she works efficiently she is patient and perfectly willing to answer questions. I have never felt rushed.

Overall, if you're looking for outstanding dental care or making the transition into adult dental care Dr. Eslami's office is the best in town to visit.…

WONDERFUL DENTIST!!. Dr. Negar Eslami and her staff are AMAZING!! They truly care about their patients! I have been going to her for a few years now, after simply finding her online and she recently did an incredible job on my veneers. She cleaned my teeth better and more thoroughly than any dentist I have ever gone to and I have seen SEVERAL dentists through braces twice, bonding, gum work, major jaw surgery, contouring my teeth and now veneers, so needless to say I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!!! Her office is modern, with massaging chairs to sit in while listening to calming music, she is up to date with the latest technology, she explains everything you need to know about your procedure, she is always on time, the office location is easy to get to with free parking and her and her staff make you feel comfortable and she has a VERY good eye! She is a perfectionist, and I trust her opinion. Dr. Eslami goes above and beyond all other dentists, she came in on a Sat., TWICE IN ONE DAY, when I had a tooth problem once, and she truly cares about her patients.
