Groomingdals did an AWESOME job on my dog. After Pet smart on Balcones in Austin completely destroyed my dogs face and placed him in the hospital I was worried about taking him to a new groomer. They took their time on him and didn’t butcher him. They were one on one with both my dog and me. I really recommend trusting Groomindals with your pet.

Pros: These people know what they are doing

I was so suprised because I hav been to several different grooming place not only in but around the us and they are by far the best I've taken my pomeranians to and I'm diffently going to be returning in the future. I also was very satisfied because my dogs are always happy when they leave and never upset and they have been in the past at other paces. There also not overly priced. theyre perfect. Thank you.

I retired as a professional pet groomer two years ago due to a back injury. Knowing the industry as I do after 22 years, my search for a grooming salon service for my 3 dogs became a challenge, looking for the perfect person to care for my babies. I tried a few different salons but was not satisifed with the service for one reason or another. I, then met a lady, Tomay, at a rescue meet and greet and realized this was the person I had been looking for. I was impressed with her genuine love for animals and knowledge of her profession. Her involvement in the community and dedication to her work are qualities that are important to me. CARING FOR ANIMALS ISN'T JUST A 9 TO 5 JOB...IT IS A PART OF WHO YOU ARE. So, I made an appointment to take my dogs in, a standard poodle, Jazz, a cairn terrier, Molly, and a bichon, Bandit. What a wonderful place Groomingdales of Austin is! Friendly staff, very clean and full of happy dogs. They use a runway system which means that my girls did not have to be in cages...what a wonderful concept. Tomay did a wonderful job on Molly and Bandit. Paige groomed Jazz that day and all my girls looked gorgeous. Absolutely wonderful scissoring work. I had referred my neighbor to GOA, and she was delighted with the way they groomed her senior soft wheaten terrier. She said no one had ever cleaned the ears so well, bothered to dremel her nails or put the time into the grooming to make her look as beautiful as they did. As pet owners we can tell when our pets are happy in any given situation and my girls get excited when we drive up to GOA. I am so happy that they love going to see Tomay and Paige. (Oh, yes, they also have dog food, a boutique and bakery treats... which are so cute). Sorry this is so long, but I feel that everyone needs to know that even a retired groomer, like myself, takes their dogs to GOA. Thank you Tomay and Paige for giving Austin a truly "New experience in pet care". Betty Mason

I took my poodle here yesterday for the second time. The first time they did an OK job and I returned because they have a rapid return option that I liked. When I dropped her off the woman had a card on her hand and asked me if I wanted her the "same as before" I said yes but dont shave her face this time. When I returned she was shaved to the skin everywhere but her face (its the first week on Febuary!!!) I was amused at the time because she looked so silly, but she has been shivering nonstop since and its not funny anymore. Not cool to do to a 15 year old dog in the winter! On top of that her nails where cut so jagged that my knees where bleeding by the time a got home from her beening on my lap. Today I discovered that her ears where not cleaned and her butt was red and swollen (from the gland extract) What is wrong with this people??? I'm horrifed that I actually paid them. In fact, they owe me money for sweaters!

Pros: Rapid return.

Cons: butched my dog.

My dog left Groomingdale's looking clean cut and smelling sweet! They did a great job and treated me and my dog very well. I will definitely return!

Tomay always does such a great job with my furry little guy. He has never looked better! You are at the top of our list when we need future grooming services for our dog.

The grooming is great! The facility is very clean....But it's the love, kindness, caring, and genuine concern for my pup, making sure his grooming experience is a safe, non-threatening, over all experience that keeps him "begging" to go back to Tomay and Paige!

Tomay is very professional, concientious, courteous and attentive. I am pleased to have someone like her care for our dog and would strongly recomend her to others. She is competent and dedicated to her job.
