Joseph and his staff were flawless in helping me design just the right engagement ring. I had family stones and Joseph worked to find a band setting for them and the oval centerstone. I did not know how attached I was that diamond until it saw it on my lady's hand. I look forward to using Whitefire again.

Joseph at Whitefire is really very insightful in determining just the right fit for this special time( marriage proposal) in one's life .He was patient and careful in understanding the true nature of the relationship and the values important to both of us. Fantastic Experience!

Joseph and everyone at Whitefire are wonderful! I could not have had a better experience. I ordered my UT class ring from them, and they were endlessly helpful, patient, and professional. They went above and beyond to find a ring that was exactly what I had hoped for, at one point even ordering a ring in silver that is usually only made in gold; at absolutely no extra cost to me for the trouble! Amazing, right? Joseph is even so thoughtful that he adjusted the size, knowing that the rings run small, so that I wouldn't have to have sized again after I got it. All in all an absolute dream of an experience. They're great to work with over the phone and even nicer when you get to meet them in person. I highly recommend Whitefire for any jewelry need. I will definitely remember them the next time I'm making a jewelry purchase.

I was looking for an engagement ring. I had been searching for a particular sort of design in a ring and was able to find what I was looking for at Whitefire. I set an appointment. Joseph was kind and helpful. I was on a very limited budget and I got more than I could anywhere else plus great one on one service. The ring is beautiful and my now fiance' is always telling me how impressed everyone is. Joseph definately played a major part into a very memorable experience.

Whitefire Diamonds shines

We had 2 old family diamonds, not large or great quality, but they mean a lot to us. Joseph took our idea for a pendant and turned a business transaction into a precious memory and heirloom. He treated a relatively minor piece of jewlery (compared to his more fabulous, larger items) as important for him as it was for us. We got CAD drawings, a wax model, which we asked to be slightly modified, and a stunning result. The pendant is finished with attention to detail that exceeds our expectaions, and it is truly one-of-a-kind. And he made the whole experience so much fun, combining good humor with consideration for us along the way. If you want a keepsake for a special event in your life and the life of someone you love, Joseph and Whitefire Diamonds are the place to go.

Wonderful experience

Working with and experienced and qualified jeweler is definately the way to go when you are shopping for the perfect piece of jewlery. Joeseph was exteremly helpful and knowledgable and the products that he delievers are outstanding! I have given his name to all of my closest friends!!

I bought my anniversary ring at whitefire jewelry

I was looking for someone to make a custom diamond ring for my anniversary. I setup an appointment with whitefire and I am very pleased with the quality and service. I should have gone to whitefire jewelry first and I would have saved a lot of time. Certainly next time around. I highly recommend them.

Quality diamonds along with quality customer service

I searched dozens of stores in search of my engagement ring for my fiance and was lucky to find Joseph and Whitefire here in Austin. I had a little education on the subject of buying diamonds but was re-educated and well informed by Joseph. No other Jeweler I talked to actually took the time to show me how to look for inclusions using a magnification tool as Joseph did. I was 100% satisfied and comfortable knowing that the diamond I bought was the clarity and color I paid for. Joseph's expertise and personable customer service was above and beyond the norm.

More Diamond for your Money

Aaron - My buying experience was fantastic, no pressure to buy. I called ahead and talked to Joseph told him what I was looking for the next day he had 3 diamonds for me to look at, I picked a gorgeous 1.54 carat cushion cut diamond. I had been to 14 stores before going to Whitefire, so I knew what I was looking for and approx. what it would cost me. The diamond I chose was anywhere from 1.5 to 2 times more expensive at the other jewelry stores I had visited. So choosing this Diamond from Whitefire was an easy decision. The best part was seeing Maria get emotional about the ring when she first saw it. It was bigger than she could have hoped for.

Maria - When I first saw the ring,,,, I was amazed at how beautiful and sparkly it was; I could not stop looking at it! I thought to myself, this must of cost a fortune! I was more than pleased by the size, quality, and clarity that this diamond has. I have gotten so many compliments on it and I continue to catch people looking at it. It is such good quality, that I hope to pass it down generation after generation
