i do not know anything about jewels or diamonds, nor do i pretend to. joseph at whitefire was extremely helpful in educating us on gems and jewelery, and also very sympathetic to our financial situation (we are not wealthy by any stretch of the imagination). we made an appointment with joseph, and for absolutely no obligation, he gave us an hour of his time to help us decide what would be right for us. i would encourage anyone to at least speak with joseph at whitefire. it is time well spent.

I have been purchasing jewelry from whitefire for the last few years and never had a chance to submit a review for them. This is not a review about one single purchase but an experience of multiple years. The friendly staff, non-pushy attitude, reasonably priced without sacrificing the quality are all the plus points. I have recommended many of my friends to visit them by word of mouth and if any of you are looking for diamond jewelry, whitefire will be the place to go. With so many variations possible in jewelry quality, trust is the key for having a satisfying jewelry purchase experience and these are folks you can trust. Have fun shopping.

Run by very warm, caring people. They will take the time to talk with you to find out what exactly you want. The packing of the items you buy is beautiful and very special.

Whitefire staff were very professional, creative, and timely with my husband and myself about creating a beautifully crafted custom wedding band. The service was amazing--everyone was so quick to answer my questions in a professional and friendly manner and the ring surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommended Whitefire to anyone looking to have custom jewelry designed!

The first time I dealt with Joseph was a couple of years ago. I didn’t purchase anything from him and he still gave me the great service, as if I purchase with him before. Joseph taught me what to look for and explain the qualities of a good Diamond. He answered all the questions regarding Diamonds and other precious stones. He was VERY patient with me. When considering an engagement ring I went to Joseph and he remembered who I was from the first visit years before. I met with Joseph and showed him exactly what I wanted and he had it custom made and gave me exactly what I asked for and my fiancée was very please with the ring. I decided to purchase our wedding bands with White Fire as well, which were also custom made and turned out GREAT. I was very pleased Joseph’s service, product, knowledge and prices. This may sum it up, I live in Houston and decided to work with Joseph and I will continue to drive to Austin and work with him again. Thank You Joseph

Joseph had the inventory, customer service, and fair pricing that I was looking for. It was so easy to purchase a high quality diamond engagement ring and wedding bands! I wish I had started working with Joseph prior to wasting so much time at "storefront" shops. Lesson learned... I expect to begin and end my future shopping with Joseph at Whitefire.

You would have to pay for this kind of service at Tiffany's. As soon as you walk in the staff is warm and welcoming and Joseph gets straight to business. You are more than welcomed to drinks and snacks while discussing gems, diamonds, rings, etc with Joseph. It is all complimentary! You are never made to feel that you couldn't understand the intricacies of purchasing the perfect engagement ring for your budget. Just speak your mind to Joseph and he will do his absolute best to find the BEST diamond/ring for your budget. There is no rush either, if a certain stone is not in stock, Joseph will get one for you to look at as soon as possible. The diamond engagement ring I purchased through Whitefire is absolutely amazing. I am definitely going back for our wedding bands because you cannot believe the LOW price you pay for the quality of jewelry, service and purchase satisfaction you receive!!

I just purchased a diamond for our 30th anniversary from Whitefire Diamonds, and Joseph's personal service was excellent. It is a good feeling to walk away with a major purchase with the feeling that you are not just another customer, but a client that has been given respect, listened to and accomodated. I will certainly return to Whitefire, and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Don't be intimidated by Whitefire's appointment-only hours. Joseph is fabulous to work with - even if you're not planning on spending much money, like my fiance and I. All we needed was to reset a diamond we already owned into a new ring - but we were treated like millionaires. Joseph respected our opinions, helped my fiance get a better idea of what he wanted in his wedding band, and didn't pressure us to spend more money than we wanted. I've already recommended Whitefire to friends looking to buy jewelry, and my fiance and I will be going back when its time to purchase our wedding bands.
