My fiancé and I got my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Whitefire Jewelry and we are completely, 100% satisfied with each piece. For my engagement ring, Joseph helped us select a setting based on our preferences and budget and gently steered me toward a radiant cut diamond instead of an asscher cut—he was absolutely right about the cut. I couldn’t be happier with my ring and get so many compliments on it. Joseph also worked with us to customize my fiance’s wedding band, I can’t wait to see him wearing something so unique and special to us. Joseph is very knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented; each appointment with him was a pleasure. Great Results

I didn't want a diamond engagement ring and came into Joseph's with a ring in mind. Joseph listened very carefully to what we wanted and walked us through the process of choosing a setting and a center stone. He made suggestions without being pushy and the end result was more beautiful than what I wanted to begin with. I have a ring that I will want to wear for the rest of my life and that I am proud to show off.

Great experience for engagement ring

My fiance had a rather unique taste in what she wanted in an engagement ring. With Joseph's help we were able to find a stone and setting along the lines of what my fiance wanted. The end result was perfect, and everyone who has seen the ring has been extremely impressed with it. Joseph was never pushy, and really just wanted to know what we wanted and helped us find exactly that. I would not hesitate to return to him again.

Wonderful Jewelry, Exactly what we were looking for

Joseph knew exactly what we were looking for. My fiance had bought my diamond online from Blue Nile but they did not have the setting we were looking for. Joseph had the exact setting we wanted and was so wonderful at giving us very personal and speedy service. He had my diamond set perfectly and I could not be happier with my beautiful engagement ring. We are definetly going back to him to pick out our wedding bands.

I didn't think anything could take the sting out of turning 60, but Joseph and my husband found the perfect necklace. Joseph took all the time we needed to find just what I wanted. We will definitely visit again.

Austin Original; unique, qulaity jewelry store with heart

My husband and my sister knew exactly what type of engagement ring I wanted, but it is an unusual, vintage setting that was hard to find. They went to multiple corporate stores to find it with no luck. My husband came across Whitefire on the internet, so they gave it a shot. Thank heavens! Joseph found the exact setting and diamond for my "dream ring".

I was beside myself when I saw it. It is exactly what I have always dreamed of!

I have dealt with the company and Joseph myself for fittings and such, and it is a wonderful place! They treat you like family, are Austin Original and have reasonable prices for amazing stones. I highly reccomend them.

I won't buy jewelry retail again...

I was in the market for an upgrade on my wedding ring but I also wanted an anniversary band. Joseph was able to "recycle" my old ring into an anniversary band & use the leftover diamonds in a new wedding ring. Joseph was very pleasant to work with & extremely knowledgeable. I never felt as though I couldn't get exactly what I wanted. The prices are a fraction of retail & the work on my new custom ring is flawless. After ordering a ring with only a picture to go by, I was in awe of the finished product. It was better than I expected.

The only way to buy an engagement ring!!

I just got engaged over the weekend and am 100% thrilled about the ring my fiance and I chose through Whitefire. The best thing about Whitefire is being able to customize your ring to fit your budget and preferences. When you go through one of the big chain retailers, you get the very lowest quality diamond at a marked up price and you'll have to deal with high pressure sales. This is not the case at Whitefire. You get a personal appointment where you do not have to compete with other customers in the store to have your questions answered. Joseph, the owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He is courteous, professional, and will never try to pressure you into buying something outside of your budget. He even helped us set up our insurance! If you're not shopping at Whitefire, chances are you're getting ripped off!!

Simply Outstanding

After spending six months diligently searching for an engagement ring, I chanced upon WhiteFire while visiting the Chase Bank building on Burnet Rd.

As a native of England, in an effort to find the 'ideal' ring I even spent a week researching the various gemologist's in Hatton Garden, the UK's diamond capital.

However, I finally made my purchase with Joseph. From a customer service standpoint he went above and beyond. On pricing too, he was far more reasonable than anywhere else I visited. He is a wealth of knowledge and really takes the time to educate you throughout the process, without putting on the pressure that turned me off so many other jewelers.

I highly recommend him to anyone seeking to purchase an engagement ring, or any other item of jewelry for that matter.
