Villarreal Jewelers ROCKS!!!

My fiance surprised me with the engagement ring he'd been working on with you and I can't begin to tell you how beautiful it is or how blown away I am. You and your team did a STELLAR job!! It's absolutely stunning and of course, given the man who gave it to me, I am incredibly honored and proud to wear it. And I have literally had people stop me on the street to gawk at it!

I'm sure you deal with couples all the time who are on their second go-round (and maybe more!), but it's a "first", so to speak, for us, so thank you so much for making the start of it so special.

Fine Artists and Craftsmen

My Fiance and I started our search for someone to make the engagement ring I had envisioned. We have friends in the jewelery business and they all said the design was rather complicated and told us that they thought we needed someone with real experence in complicated designs or frankly that we should find something that was pre-made that was close.

We met with both Villarreal and a competitor here in Austin that also designs custom diamond jewlery. After several meetings, Malcom had prepared detailed drawings and provided us with a wealth of information about the various metal choices and options we had as he designed the engagement ring set. With the competition we had basically nothing, no drawings, and ballbark estimates of cost that were almost twice that of Villarreal's and a lot of mis-information about our metal choices.

What was most refreshing was that even though we already had the center diamond (a family heirloom), Malcom gave us the attention and commitment he would have given any customer that was also going to buy the "big" diamond from Villarreal. Malcom is a true artist, and his personal pride in his work was inspiring. Malcom told us he wanted to make our vision a reality and he was gonna do what he could to make it fit our budget. He provided us a lot of options on how we could save costs and still have a quality design.

In the end, we went "all the way" with the options and had the rings of our dreams. All of this was possible because of Villarreal and Malcom and his personal commitment and talent in jewelery design. It was a real pleasure to do business with him.

Truly Unique, Pressure-Free, Environment!

When I flew in to Austin for the concert this year, I only had 4 days to visit the Jeweler, decide on a stone, start working on a setting and figure out how to pay. Based on the glowing review of a friend I couldn't think of going anywhere else.

We showed up and Malcolm and Joseph had already picked out several stones for me to look at based solely on third person conversations they had had with my friend. It was as if they knew what I wanted before I did.

I was blown away by the level of professional service and the personal attention to detail and quality. Malcolm was very understanding of my design ideas and was willing to work with me, long distance, to design the band of my (and my fiance's) dreams.

I proposed at midnight on Christmas Eve this year and I couldn't be happier with my Fiance's response (along with a YES!).

Austin's best jewelers

I'm an Austin fine jewelry consultant, and I specialize in custom jewelry. One customer showed me 3 photos of design elements that he wanted to incorporate into a one-of-kind engagement ring. With computer programs and a true sense of design and special details, Malcolm Brown produced exactly what my customer envisioned. When it came time to create my 40th anniversary ring, I went with some ideas, and, with Malcolm's help I received a spectacular ring!

The sparkles of the perfect diamond engagement ring

My now fiancée was opposed to getting a traditional diamond engagement ring (and that is one of the reasons I love her). So instead of shopping for the biggest rock, we decided we would use a family heirloom to create a meaningful, intimate, and elegant ring. In just a few conversations Malcolm mocked up something more amazing than I could have envisioned or had seen ANYWHERE else. And the price was reasonable and the entire experience professional. We plan on having a few new heirlooms designed with the remaining stones and can't wait to see what the team comes up with. If you need any jewelry, work with this company.

Amazing Jewelry Designs

After many months of searching for the perfect engagement ring, my (now) husband found a beautiful design from Joseph at Villarreal Jewelers. I have gotten so many compliments on the unique, very detailed, antique-style ring, and I've never seen another like it! My husband was able to request some modifications to the originally offered design, and Joseph was so helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted for the ring as well as the stone. I've been wearing this ring for 2 years now, and it looks as beautiful as it did the day I received it. I would definitely recommend going to Joseph at Villarreal Jewelers for high quality jewelry and excellent customer service!

Phenomenal Experience

Going into the process of buying an engagement ring, I really had no idea what to expect. I found out about them online, and ended up making an appointment.

From our first contact, they were nothing but helpful, friendly, and extremely professional. They worked with me (and my budget) to create the perfect ring. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want/couldn't afford, they educated me. They gave me all of the tools to make a sound decision, and they gave their professional advice as well. Although this was my first experience with a jeweler of any kind, I know that there is no need for me to look elsewhere for my wedding bands or future jewelry needs. They earned my business for life, and I'm not sure I could be more impressed with them.

If you're looking for a phenomenal experience, I highly suggest using Villarreal Fine Jewelers. I promise that you won't be disappointed.

No Place Like It!!!

When I found them, I had been looking for a wedding band for quite some time. I went from jewelry shop to jewelry shop and could never find anything I liked. Everything looked the same and the salespeople had no idea what they were talking about. I finally decided that custom was probably going to be the answer for me. I did an internet search for custom jewelers in Austin and found this place. I decided I would give it a shot; however, I wasn't too anxious due to the many unsuccessful attempts I had already had so I put ring shopping on hold for a bit. Not too long after, I ran into someone that spoke very highly of their work so I decided to start the search again.

I went in and was treated with the utmost respect. I had no idea what it was that I wanted, but I knew what I didn't want. I wasn't sure if we would get anywhere since I am a very indecisive person, but they took my thoughts and put it on paper. They came up with several different sketches of possible wedding bands and finally came to one that I loved! It was perfect! We went ahead and sent in custom order and within a month it was here. I was very nervous when I went to pick it up, but when they showed it to me, I was awestruck! It was absolutely amazing. It was totally me!

I could not be more pleased with my decision to go with Whitefire (now Villarreal Fine Jewelers). Both my husband's and my ring look great! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful Experience!

My fiance and I looked everywhere for engagement rings, but never found just the right thing. Then I discovered Villarreal (formerly Whitefire) online and was sold within the first minute of meeting Malcolm. He truly listened to me and came up with a ring design that was just what I was looking for. The ring is fabulous and I am constantly receiving compliments on it. Complete strangers will ask me where I got it and I love getting to to them that it is one of a kind.
