I had terrible morning sickness (really all-day nausea!) before going to Fivelements. Having never been to an acupuncturist before I was a little nervous but Gabrielle put my right at ease. The whole experience was pleasant and my morning sickness disappeared almost immediately! I came back for a follow-up "booster" appt. and after that I've been feeling great!

i went to gabrielle for fatigue issues. at our first meeting, she wrote, like, five pages of notes on our discussion of my symptoms and medical history. it really made me feel like she cared and had a genuine curiosity. she has a wonderful room for acupuncture, and the treatments are pure serenity. her herbal mixtures are fantastic, too, and she varies them every treatment based on your current symptoms. she's just wonderful.

First, thanks to other reviewers - I used City Search to determine which acupuncturist to see [we are new to Austin]. I'm so glad I did. Gabrielle is a gem - a true gem. Compassionate, caring, giving, gentle, honest and VERY good at what she does. I was feeling very, very bad yesterday on my first visit. Today I'm feeling much, much better. THANKS to you, Gabrielle.

I just wanted to let you know that my throat felt fine the next day after I saw you. The head congestion persisted until yesterday, but was tolerable. Thank you very much! Here's to Eastern Medicine!

Thank you so much for all your kindness and gentle treatment. I was very skeptical of acupuncture and herbs at first, as you know, but now I know of it's purpose and I am thankful I found your clinic.

Plantar fascititis is so much better. Stomach is light years better - on Sat both Linda and another friend were pretty amazed at how much better I looked and boy did I feel better!

I felt much better today! I didn't expect such fast relief! I had an easier time breathing. I coughed, cleared my throat and blew my nose very little today. I didn't have a headache and my throat didn't feel so tight.

I received treatment from Gabrielle for plantar fascitis (heel pain). This morning I got up and set my foot on the floor and WALKED without limping, without whining. Usually I'm a big crybaby for the first hour or so every morning; it hurts so bad. Today, it has barely a twinge of pain. It's unbelievable how much better it feels after just one treatment. Thank you so much!

Gabrielle's treatment gave me a release from some chronic tendonitis that I've had for four years. By giving some breathing room to the afflicted area, she helped me have a breakthrough and win back some use of my hands that I hadn't had for a few months. This was in the space of one visit that I had while visiting Austin. I look forward to a time when I can visit Austin for a few weeks, and take a series of treatments with her. Imagine what I could do then!
