I first called Texas Air about 2 or 3 months ago when one of my rooms was significantly warmer than the others. 2 months, 4 service calls, and $620 later, I still have the same problem. I told them exactly what I wanted, they changed my mind and told me to go with a cheaper service which didn't end up working, so I am going to have to end up paying for the cheaper service and the more expensive one to get what I want. They told me the services to fix the problem I needed, gave me a good price, but then waited until AFTER they were done to tell me my place wasn't properly insulated. Thanks for nothing. To make matters worse, our technician left a huge mess outside and inside and didn't offer to clean it up. On the plus side, the prices are good, the call center is nice, and they return your call promptly - but the service is lacking. I'm left a little less than impressed. And a little broke.
Pros: Usually on time, fast to return calls, reliable quote.
Cons: actual work quality is poor
