My divorce was very stressful and sad. More than anything, I was concerned about how it was going to affect my young daughter. Cristi Trusler found a creative settlement for us and we were able to avoid nasty litigation. Best of all, it spared my daughter any unnecessary emotional distress. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I was devastated when my wife left me and took our 2 kids. To make matters worse, she wouldn't talk to me or let me speak to my kids. When I came to see Trusler & Associates, I was very angry and I was determined that I was going to "get even". They helped me focus on what was important – my kids. We were able to put together a plan for joint custody and because of their hard work, the kids are doing well and we both get to spend quality time with them. I'm very thankful that they helped me find a reasonable solution to my situation.

I can't recommend Becca Menduni of Trusler Legal highly enough. Becca is knowledgeable, very sharp and communicated well. The best thing she ever told me was - know what you want and I'll see if I can get it for you. I figured out what I wanted, Becca helped me ask for more than that, and we got a quick settlement for in between. You can't beat that! I can't believe anyone would give her a bad review. I've sent several friends to Becca and they've all been very happy. I guess if you want an attorney to waste your money and time by telling you want you want to hear, then go elsewhere. I wanted to get on with my life. Becca helped me do just that.
Pros: Reasonable cost, very sharp, honest
Cons: Sometimes hard to get in touch with staff - but that's pretty typical in a busy law office

When my ex filed for divorce, just prior to the Thanksgiving Holidays, it came as quite a shock how methodically she and her entourage of lawyers, counselors and "others" had looted assets, slandered my name, and prepared to literally take me to the cleaners. While my marriage had been in trouble for years, I really didn't want a divorce. Fortunately, a dear friend in Austin, who is quite skilled at finding good people in the legal field, recommended Trusler and Associates. When I met Cristi Trusler for the first time, she had cancelled a holiday trip to meet with me. After speaking with her, my mind was set at ease. This was a law firm with folks who were honest, ethical, smart, shrewd and tough. As a result of letting her handle my case, I was able to keep all of my retirement(s), get a rather equitable property settlement, get on with my life, and keep my sanity. While other attorneys would have tried to or at least would have responded to another attorneys efforts to "ratchet up" the acrimony in a divorce to get it into court where both parties could spend tens of thousands of dollars, Cristi's tough, calm and common sense approach allowed me to keep control of things. In the end, the costs of my divorce was at least an order of magnitude less than my ex's expenses, while the quality of the legal advice and service I got was nothing short of outstanding. When I told a friend of mine who is also an attorney about the details of my divorce settlement, that attorney remarked that "what your lawyer did for you is nothing short of a miracle".. As a result of the way I was treated by Cristi Trusler and the quality of services I've gotten at Trusler and Associates, I've recommended Trusler and Associates to several of my close friends and wouldn't hesistate to do so again. If I ever need a lawyer in Central Texas, I know who to call.
Pros: The attorneys, staff, and the ethical, and the way they look after their clients
Cons: There aren't more law firms like Trusler and Associates
