I love this concept. There are so many sytlists to choose from. I can go to one place to get my hair cut, colored, a facial, nails... even massage and laser hair removal - everything! The individual salons are beautiful, the facility is clean and the management is first rate. It's nice having a private suite to get your hair done, but it's open enough so you still feel like you are in a salon. I've met several of the stylists there: Julie, Carla, Tiffany, Ashley and Lisa, just to name a few. All the stylists I've met are all so friendly and willing to help whomever walks in the door, but each other as well. Much better than some of the so called "upscale" salons where all the stylists bicker with each other while the customer is left waiting! Highy recommended!
Pros: Plenty of parking and shopping nearby
Cons: none

I wrote a comment before about how awsome Angelia is, but I found out that she's back at Wet Salon downtown. I honestly couldn't be happier! Welcome back to Austin Angelia!!
Pros: Angelia's skill
Cons: none for me

The first time I went to courtyard salon was for a haircut with a new stylist. I was reffered by a friend. The place is awesome. The decor is amazing. They didn't hold back when decorating this beautiful place. It has warm inviting colors and a fountain in the courtyard waiting area. That seems so relaxing. Each salon associate has their own private suite. It was one of the things I loved about this place. Everyone is so polite and courtious. I had my hair done with Jennie. That was a wonderful experience. I went back again to have my hair done and noticed that her nails were fabulous. I asked her where she had them done and she of course said that a girl at the salon did them. She also mentioned that she was "the best". I thought I'd give her a try. Jennie walked me to Amanda's suite. She was very busy. But she seemed more than happy to help with another client. She booked my appointment and off I went. When my appointment day came, I entered the salon and Amanda offered coffee, soda, or water. WOW! Great treatment. When we got to her room she closed the door and handed me a nail brush. I was a bit puzzled by this. She said that we must start with a sanitary service. We both washed our hands BEFORE the service. Amanda did a 10 minute consultation on what I wanted my nails to look like. AGAIN WOW. Most nail techs pull out the tips and start work. Now that was a first!!!! My nails were as natural looking as I had asked them and she even said she guaranteed my nails for 2 weeks. If I had any cracks, breaks, or lifting she would repair them for no extra charge. I went 3 weeks without one single problem. This was the best nail job I have ever had. I would reccomend her to anyone and everyone. She is the best.
Pros: hair, nails, skin care, waxing, facials, makeup, massage in one place.
Cons: haven't found any
