What a great experience. My daughter's computer in Honduras crashed with many of our grandchildrens pictures and her business documents. The Laptop Specialist, BJ Associates in San Antonio (great service also) replaced the hp1000 hardrive with a Toshiba and recommended Flashback data in Austin to recover her pictures and the hp 1000 hardrive. One telephone call to them and Shawn Prytula took care of everything including having BJ Associates ship her hardrive to them for recovery. The expedient recovery of our daughters data enable us return her computer to Honduras at a 100% recovery on our previously scheduled trip to Honduras.

Flashback Data saved my life!! These guys know what they are doing. I had thousands of pictures of my children as well as all of my financial information on my computer and one day it just died. I heard a loud clicking from my computer and every computer shop that I went to said there was probably nothing I could do. That is, until I found these guys. They were quick, friendly and affordable. I now have my data restored and a great backup solution, thanks to Flashback Data. If you need data recovery, don't take your computer anywhere else.
