Shannon is a great stylist!

I am always nervous about going to a new salon, but Shannon definately eased my nerves. She sat with me and answered all my questions about changing my haircolor and style and gave suggestions about what would look good for my skin tone and face shape. She was not pushy at all! I hate when stylists do whatever they want and don't listen to what I want. My hair looks great and it is just what I wanted! I have gotten so many compliments on my hair that I just had to write a review! Shannon, thank you so much and you have a loyal customer for life!

Alex is a wonderful stylist!!

I drive three hours to Austin just to get my hair done by this talented girl!! It is hard to find a stylist who will listen and understand what it is that you want!! Alex does a fabulous job of doing exactly what I saw in my mind! I always leave the salon looking my best!

Alex did an amazing job on my hair. i didn't know exactly what to call the new color that i wanted, but she figured it out and it was perfect. i'm booking my next appointment today!

Alex is the BEST :)

I had the same hairstylist for the past 30 years & was in horror when we moved from Indiana to Texas this past year & couldn't bring my stylist with me!! Then I met Alex.

She listened to exactly how I wanted my hair colored & cut.

My color came out way better than I ever expected.

Great Salon, Great Talent

I was referred to this salon almost 2 years ago and have not have had one bad experience. I go for cut & color and my daughter goes for cuts. The owner is very in tune to the needs of the client. I can definately recommend Lisa & Alex to listen to what you want and do an awesome job. I am so happy to have found this salon!

Great Experience

I am new to the area and i received a fabulous coupon to Salone Di Essenza. Lauren was my hairstylist. She was wonderful, she gave me a great cut and style! She was so sweet, she really knew what i wanted. I would reccommend her to anyone i know! Next time i will back for some fabulous color! Thank you Lauren, i feel great with my new style!

A not so wonderful experience

I'm pretty sure I didn't ask for an asymmetrical haircut. The girl didn't ask very many questions and pretty much butchered my hair. Had she actually styled it instead of just blow-drying it, I would have noticed then and there that something was absolutely wrong with it. I wish I had had the same experience everyone else has had, maybe it's just the stylist. I don't think that Lauren has been cutting hair long enough to be on her own yet. She's very personable, she had a great attitude. I'm sure in time with experience she'll be a great stylist. Until then, I can't recommend her.

Great hairstylists

Very good service and very fast. Nice people and Curry is the best in my opinion. I have had my hair done there twice now by Curry and i would have to say its been the best i've had in a very long time. I am very pleased with the way she handles my hair and she always makes sure i'm comfortable. Very sweet person.

Alex is a great Hairstylist!

I was a little bit nervous when I went to get my hair cut and colored here. I haven't really found a stylist in Austin that I like enough to keep going back to. I found Alex and Salone di Essenza from a coworker. I was nervous because I really wanted a total new look. I went in with long brown hair and a walked out with a short, sassy, and blonde highlighted new hairdo! I loved it! Alex helped me pick the color because I was very indecisive and just kind or scared to go with blonde but it looks great! I have received many compliments and I will be back for sure!
