You can't beat Dale at Landers. Dale at Landers was like a free project manager for us. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. What he said is what he did. This is not the norm for the re model industry. Landers price was competitive but not the lowest. The service Dale provided was worth more than the difference. Love our new floors! Wonderful experience!. This was our first experience hiring someone to do work on our home and I'm afraid we've been spoiled!!! Stephanie was so helpful in helping us pick just the floors we wanted and sticking to our budget and so responsive to calls and emails. She and John both came out personally to measure our space.

The work crew was so nice and fast! They cleaned everything before they left.

Our floors are beautiful and just what we wanted. If we ever have flooring needs in the future we will be calling the Landers!…

Not interested in small projects. We visited Landers a couple of weeks ago for new carpets in two of our small bedrooms. Initially the salesman who greeted us was fine and he was polite and shows us around introducing different options.

But after learning that we are only replacing two small rooms, the salesman started to lose interests in us and began greeting other customers that came in. When we have questions, he grew impatient and started to suggest upgrades and options that we don't need.

That's all fine; despite of the treatment we were getting, we thought that Lander's has many good reviews. So we thought that we will still give them a try and wanted to setup an appointment for doing the measurements and quote.

After we set the date for measurement, we told the salesman that after we got their quote, we will want to compare other quotes we got. Well…..that’s when the salesman started to get very rude and told us that there is no need to spend their money and time for them to go out and do the measurements, just show them the best quote that we got and they will beat the price.

We are out of their store in no time. Landers will not get my and any of my friends business if they are not willing to entertain small jobs and treat all customers equally.…

Landers made a new wood floor "painless". Salesman Dale Markel and his installation team did a great job of moving furniture, removing old carpet, leveling the entire surface area, getting new wood floors installed, and furniture replaced in less than one day--no mess left behind.

We will use them for another floor project--no doubt about it!…

Knowledgeable / Great Customer Service. We could not be happier with our Lander's experience. Dale was exceptional in his knowledge of wood flooring and led us in the right direction for our needs...... not pushy at all, but very helpful. We were impressed that he came to our home on the day of installation to make sure that the installers knew exactly our preference of how we wanted the floor laid and molding installed. The follow-up phone call 2 days later was appreciated......very customer oriented. The installation crew worked like a well oiled machine and did a great job accommodating all the specifics that we had requested. Without being asked, they saw the package of felt floor protectors I had purchased and stuck them to the bottom of every piece of furniture before returning it to the room. That was a job I was not looking forward to, as there were at least 200 needed! Our Lander's experience was very positive from selection to installation. We love our new wood floor, just wish we had gotten rid of our old carpet years before!!…

Cristen is the best!!. We have used Lander's for 2 separate projects a year apart and we could not be happier! After shopping around at various competitors Lander"s won hands down, not only for the prices but for the great customer service we got from Cristen. (She even remembered our names a year later) she is amazing! Her knowledge of products and design and her patience ( I am not the most decisive person) is off the charts. She knows what looks good and what doesn't and won't sell you on something just to sell it. she honestly wants you to be happy. We bought beautiful wood floors and had carpeting installed and I only have wonderful things to say about the installers. They showed up exactly on time, moved all furniture very carefully and did beautiful jobs all without making any kind of mess. Their work was really good! Christen also walked us through the whole process and kept us in the loop of what was happening next. We had never experienced that before, usually we would be the ones calling to find out any status and never get return phone calls and other places. Needless to say we are huge fans of Lander's AND they have a whole children's playroom with tv monitors viewing the kids playing that you can see from all different places in the showroom. Lander"s is the whole package!…

Great Customer Service!. I have worked with Lander's flooring on several jobs. They are knowledgeable about their products and are customer oriented. When they schedule they show up and keep you informed if there are any delays. If for some reason a problem does arise they work hard to rectify the situation so my clients are happy. There are not many companies around that take the same time and extra care or have their exceptional service. Their pricing is competitive and they handle themselves in a very professional and friendly manner. They have a great selection of products and have a good relation with their installers and distributors. Excellent company to work with.…

Superior Service and Excellent Workmanship!. John went above and beyond in helping us get our defective floor replaced! The original installer was unresponsive and did absolutely nothing to help us with a defective wood floor. John stepped in and got the manufacturer to replace the floor for us! Believe me, this took a lot of work! His team was incredible! They were efficient, courteous, and superbly skilled at the process of replacing a wood floor. The job was done in two days. They moved the furniture, made sure everything was protected from the dust and moved everything back where it belonged when they were done. The floor is beautiful! Actually, the seams and curves were done much better than with the original floor. True professionals and masters of their trade, nice to deal with 100% of the way. I wouldn't want anyone else to work on my floors other than Landers Premier Flooring.…

Landers Best Tile and Carpet for our home. We purchased tile and carpet with installation from Landers Premier Flooring. Our experience was excellent. The Quality, price and customer service were amazing. We put tile in our entire first floor, and I was a bit anxious to say the least, but Landers made it an easy experience, taking into account that we have a busy family. We cannot say enough about the beautiful carpet and natural stone tile. Everyone comments on how beautiful it is and they did such a great job. We will be repeat customers if we ever need more flooring, and we will certainly highly recommend them to everyone!…
