Worst dog care anywhere

My experience with Happy Mailman could not have been worse! I would never take my dog there again, and I would never recommend the place to anyone. When I picked my dog up, he had puncture wounds from being bitten by another dog, and he was filthy and had burrs in his fur! The staff is not customer oriented, and the location is inconvenient. Happy Mailman charges a premium price for what is supposed to be a premium service, but in this case, you do not get what you pay for. If you love your pet, do not go here!
Pros: Facility appears quaint (but looks are deceiving)
Cons: Poor service, poor care of dogs, unfriendly staff, bad location

I am very sorry to hear (especially via this anonymous format) that a dog in our care left with injuries. We take many precautions to ensure that our facility is very safe for all dogs, including a thorough evaluation process for every dog that comes here.
In any open play environment, some dogs (especially those that play rough) are at risk of getting the occasional nick from a tooth or toenail. I assume this is what happened since we have not had any fights. Additionally, it is our policy to inform the owners of any dogs that are involved in abnormal play or exhibitions of aggression.
If you feel your dog is dirty from outdoor play at the time of pickup, we'll be more than happy to give it a bath for you before you leave.
