We want to thank you for making a difficult situation a lot easier. You guys really go out of your way to help. What you did for us has made things easier to deal with. You were a bright spot in a dark place for us, and it means so much to us.

This process was not easy as we are people who take our responsibilities seriously and do have integrity. Yet you made this process as easy as it could have been. What with a messy divorce, the dotcom crash, and 9/11...my new wife and I were in big trouble. We were able to last for a couple of years, but I finally ran out of resources and options. We were extremely lucky to find Michael and Cindy. They made a sensitive, difficult process as easy as that kind of process can ever be. We're free of debt now, and ready to start our lives over...such a feeling of relief is hard to explain.
