Dermatologists are hard to come by in Austin, and if you get in ...it may take a while to do so. Living in the Steiner Ranch area, I was thrilled to see someone moving in! I quickly phoned for an appointment. Dr. Lain is exceptional! His personality is welcoming and pleasant. By the time you leave, you feel like you have known him and his staff for your entire life...ok for a period of time at least! Dr. Lain completely clarifies everything and doesn't leave you out in the cold. He and/or his staff are quick to return your call and makes certain you are at ease with every procedure! Thank you. You and your staff paramount!!!
