I recently took my Ml430 into the Cedar Park shop for a "B" service and a two axle brake job. The work was performed on time and as per the quote and the communication with Josh was very good. Overall the cost was quite reasonable. However, when I picked the car up the first thing I noticed was that the service counter had not been reset. The tech came out to re-set it and while I was waiting (this took a while) I asked if they had rotated the tires. He said they had; but I know that I have 3 older tires that are almost worn to the indicators and one newer tire that was replaced under warranty. I’ll have to check the invoice form the tire shop but I am sure that the new tire is still on the same corner that it was when I took the car in. Additionally, when I dropped the car off, I knew that I had a rear brake light out and I meant to tell the shop about it but forgot. When washing the car today I realized that the light was still out. Isn’t checking the lights part of the basic inspection service? Any quickie-lube will do that for you. The apparent lack of attention to detail on the little things makes me worry about the important stuff. Three stars this time but I most likely will give them a 2nd chance.
Pros: reasonable pricing - accurate repair estimates
Cons: incomplete work - 20 min delay in picking up the car.

I had such a great experience at Pampered Auto. After taking my 2001 car to a well known chain auto repair company and getting an estimate I decided to call around and get a few second opinions. Pampered Auto was hundreds less than the other auto company and they didn't recommend unnecessary things. They got me in quickly and fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost. I trust them with my car and will be taking it there for all my auto needs the the future!

I'm glad I got a second opinion at this place. It saved me hundreds of dollars and unnecessary work on my car. Thanks to mechanic who offered trustworthy advice and knowledge. I'm grateful that can officially say, I will be back ........and I will tell everyone there is a HONEST auto-shop that offers clear explanations and great customer service. Thank you again !
Pros: everything
Cons: nothing

I accidently brought my 79 Trans Am Bandit into their shop thinking it was a different business I was being referred to..Not a good way to start..However my car was already there so I decided to let them do the work..The word "pampered" kind of had me scared as I interpreted that to mean "expensive". I had a list of items to be fixed and they went down the list as they went. I would get called and the mechanic would let me know what he found, and if it was really needing to be fixed. I had a problem with the A/C that they spent a lot of time trouble shooting and then when it didnt make sense to repair the issue, didn't charge me for the time. I left there feeling like I got a great deal on the service price and the work was quality. I'll be taking it back there soon, as I got another job for em!
Pros: They won't overcharge, they won't do work that isn't needed
Cons: n/a

Edin, you did it again! I don't know how in the hell you got the dead, stinky snake out of my AC vents, but my wife is finally riding with me again. My putrid 318 was turning into a bad Seinfield episode where Jerry's Beemer had bad B/O, ha ha. Houston dealer probably sprayed Febreeze inside the vents just to make me buy the car. I had no idea how to take apart those vent ducts and put everything back together. You made it look pretty easy.
Pros: Fast service, Great Price

I admit that I don’t like taking the time to write reviews. Sadly though my warranty work at the dealership in Dallas was less than desired. Moved to Austin 2 months ago and began searching for all Mercedes mechanics in the Austin area. Very impressed with Edin’s explanation of my current troubles. I was escorted into the service bay and shown hand-over-hand the entire brake system from the under side.
Pros: Loved the walkthrough and the price

I've kept my eyes and ears peeled for a good auto shop since moving to Austin two years ago and opted to give Pampered Auto Care a try after reading eighteen positive reviews out of a total of nineteen. Say no more (I will anyway)... I'm sold : ) I took my '96 Mustang GT convertible into the Austin location after noticing a rather disconcerting sound emanating from under the hood . She's got 192,000 miles on her, so I was worried. Needless to say, Mark, the gentleman behind the desk, and Greg, my mechanic that day, quickly put my worries to rest when they diagnosed the problem as a bad idler pulley. One hour (their supplier had the new part in-hand within thirty minutes) and $63 later, I was on the road again. Oh happy day! But wait...there's more! I've been looking for someone to install a new top, receiving estimates ranging anywhere from $1400 - $1800. Well Mark - all too familiar with the Mustang breed - referred me to a gentleman who quoted me just over half that including labor, parts and supplies. In short, Pampered Auto Care's won not only my continued business, but a strong referral to any of my friends and family looking for a conscientious and professional auto shop. In my experience, the staff pride themselves on doing the right thing at the right price, and if they can't do it, they'll refer you to someone who can. Yes, Virginia, there IS a Santa Claus, and I think he's German. Cheers, Edin!

Hewlett dealer told me my clutch was slipping on my VW. $1700 to replace. I thought it was a good price until I asked Pampered Auto Care for a quote through their website. Almost half! Edin, you just paid my rent
Pros: Web coupons are great

I think this automotive service is worth visiting if you have car problem ! I shop-ed around and most detailed and simple to understand estimate for repair on my transmission had this shop! Was not cheapest estimate but they sounded confident on phone and did not left "open end" on estimate. Car was finished on time and i paid exact estimated amount. I have no more problems with my transmission
Pros: excellent service and trustworthiness
