You are in GREAT hands with these ladies. Kimberly helped me find a condo and walked me through the buying process and Amadee walked me through the lending process. It was so easy because I had GREAT people helping me. Not everybody loves this stuff and they made it simple and fun. I had such a good experience buying for the first time it is easy to encourage others to do it as well. We have used Kimberly Murphree for years. Bought our first home w/her, when it was time to sell ours and buy our next home we called Murphree Properties! Our home sold in about a WEEK! When buying our new custom built home, Kimberly and Tricia handled everything! They made sure everything was taken care of and when we did have an issue, Kimberly was all over it! If you want service, personal service and you want someone that knows the business, Kimberly and Tricia are the ones you need. We had a horrible expirence w/the other realtor on our first home. The young lady attempted to "bully" us and Kimberly...didn't happen, Kimberly took care of it. We didn't have to worry about anything! These ladies are the BEST! They will treat you right and look out for YOU, not themselves, YOU. All you ever seem to hear is "my commish is..." Not w/Kimberly and Tricia, they are old school, you are actually a person! They invest in YOU. So if you are buying or selling don't waste your time w/all those other empty promises...call the dynamic duo at Murphree Properties.. you won't regret it!
Pros: Personable, Proffessional and takes the time to get to know you.
Cons: Can't clone them!

I am so glad that I used Murphree properties to sell my home! I've owned and sold a house before with Tricia and Kimberly, and when they started their own company there was no one else I would have used to sell this one. So many people tell me their stressful experiences of buying and selling a home and I just say that I am so glad that I don't know what they are talking about. The personal and professional service started with the first phone call and didn't end after the closing. I found great resources on their website that helped me get my house ready for market, and also a helpful moving checklist. I had silly questions that were never ignored and fears that were alway quelled. I am so thankful that Tricia, Kimberly and Beth treated me as if I were their number one priority. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend them time and time again!
Pros: promptly returned calls, easy to meet with, FAST closing!!
