Our Toyota Camry was about to be traded in. We had a bad case of new car fever. When Autoshine returned my car I couldn't believe it! It sparkled. We were having it done to get ready to trade it in....but, these guys cured our new car fever. We're keeping now. We have that new car feeling again and without spending all that money. I wish that they could do the same thing for our house. Free pick up and delivery, on time, and WOW!

Unbelievable attention to detail!

When they say that they use Q-tips, they really mean it! Every little vent and gauge and dial is dust free and looks like the day I first bought it! My Vetter sparkles on the outside, too. It really is deep and wet and the swirls really are gone. I have tried so many other places, but they can't compare to Autoshine.

My Pick-up looks even better than I expected!

These folks have been taking care of my cars and trucks for over 20 years and I can never say enough about how great my vehicles look. After letting George andhis crew maintain them through the years they are easier to sell when it is time to sell or trade and I get more than book price for them every time. My wife says that she wishes that they could do our house.

Dishonest!!

My last couple of details with George were horrible; left over wax, missed spots and my latest experience includes damage to my car! While buffing, he stripped off one of my emblems. He said he would replace it and after 2 months and several calls to him he kept blowing me off until I finally gave up. The sad part is, I've been going to him since 98. So much for customer loyalty! Do yourself a favor, avoid the frustration and go somewhere else.

Perfect weather and a perfect detail

I mean my Mercedes looks better than it did the day that I bought it. The shine is so deep and wet and the swirls are gone. Couldn't get them to tell me the secret. My interior looks awesome, as well. Every crevice is dust free. The leather even seems to smell more "leathery". They are close to the arboretum, so I just had them run me down to do some shopping while I waited. I've been doing my own car for years because I had given up trying to find a detail shop that could do it the way that I wanted and tried Autoshine because a friend recommended them. Now I will, too!

My Tahoe looks showroom new again!

my teenagers have spent three years making a mess of my Tahoe's interior. These guys made it look new in three hours. I'll be back again and again. My black paint looks better than I can ever remember.

Subpar work and overpriced detailing.... Do not use Autoshine.

I was very disappointed about the quality of work I received for the amount of money I paid ($219usd)

1. Insect guts still on grill and headlamps.

2. All windows had fingerprints and a film that showed up at night time(made visiblity difficult)

3. Console had a smeared film and there was dust on my CD player (obviously no Q-tip used here)

4. Wax in all body seems.

5. Car emblem dirty and had collected wax.

6. Outside mirrors had water spots and not clean around edges

7. Inside mirrors looked as though they were never cleaned.

Now you may say I am being picky but if you are call yourself a "detail" company and tell your customers that your car will look like new again, then you should produce what you claim you will.

My husband was a detailer in his youth and said this was really bad work.

I do not recommend this company at all. You will get cheated. You will get quoted $219.95, you will get an internet coupon for $20 off, you will get a call from George Harlan telling you that your car has tree sap on it and it will cost you $20 dollars more to use clay to remove it. SHYSTERS!!!

left my windows down this morning and these guys fixed it and then some

I was worried! My 3 month old Mercedes was drenched because I left my windows down and my sunroof open. Not only did they take care of the water problem and the risk of future mildew, they made my interior look just like it did the day I got my new car. What a life saver!

My '95 red BMW 325i looks at least as good as it did 10 years ago when I bought it

These guys really get into what they're doing. "Ryan" was so informative about the process before they started. They even showed me how to take care of my car in between details. My paint is deep and about as close to perfect as I can imagine. The interior is amazing. Must be those q-tips that they keep above the ear instead of a pencil! I'd recommend this company to anyone and everyone. From the second that I showed up for my appointment to the moment I left I was impressed.

I visited Autoshine on Jollyville Rd. and noticed the strange review on city search this morning and felt compelled to set the record straight. These guys are professional, don't work out of someone's house and just plain rock! Perhaps there is a competitor behind the strange review???

Check with the Better Business B. first!! beware!!

Washing a car for a living is about one step below tarring a drive-way since it takes less skill. Paying many times more than a trip to Genie it should look better and last longer. The positive reviews here are posted by this guy himself to try to raise his own ratings. He's working out of his house, not an actual place of business. He's had to move around and change the name every few years to avoid all the bad reviews. In fact Better Business B. gives them a poor rating (F, the worst). Checking his background uncovers a number of DUI/DWI, and other nasty stuff you'd expect from a con man or carny. Would you trust a drunk to drive your car?
