Our company has used IT Workz every time any of our Hewlett Packard laser printers has needed some attention. Richard Ekland has always been willing to explain everything he does in plain English so we know exactly what the problem and solution is. He doesn't even mind if I look over his shoulder and will teach me about the printers while he is working! Always calls me back ASAP if I leave a voicemail or send an email. Thanks to the free advice from Richard our HP printers are going to last a looong time. It's very rare to find such an outstanding service technician, I cannot recommend IT Workz and Richard enough! Go to any seasoned computer shop in town and you will find Richard's IT Workz card on their bulletin board, he's that good!
Pros: Punctual, polite, knowledgeable, good communication, fair prices, HP authorized
