The Ultimate Cake Experience

I did a complete search of the BEST Bakeries in Austin. I contacted six places from the "la di dah" to the

" this will do" places. My first choice was an upscale bakery , (Ginger's something) according to the website, I corresponded with the baker for at least 8 weeks via email, she never had the time to meet for tasting, I was rearranging my schedule for her convienance, and let me just add the one time I spoke to her on the phone she was rude, and unprofessional. Well it was four days away from my very important event (My Daughter's 1st Birthday). And I honestly thought I was screwed, what bakery was going to take on my size of order in that short amount of time? I called and called so many places, I even called HEB I was so desperate. Finally my angels heard my prayers, I was searching the yellowpages on my phone and Sansalone's was the 3rd bakery that popped up, I contacted them the next morning and the lady that picked up the phone, she was very knowledgable on size and pricing, covered even the smallest details, and the #1 thing that I always look for FRIENDLY. The following day I met with Christina she was so sweet, listened to our request, gave us some DEEELICIOUS cake to taste, and some very fair prices. Later that day we received a call from the owner he informed me I was a little over charged and he would send me the balance with the cake . On our event day, the cake arrived, so beautiful, exactly what we pictured in our minds, and on time. I'm definitely using Sansalone's again and again. This bakery provided me the best of everything, the best service, the best cake, and the most important to my husband, the best price. I even got some money back, when does that ever happen? Thanks Sansalone's your on my recommendation list.
