These guys are great....

These guys are GREAT. They are so friendly, and when you walk in they will greet you with a smile. I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and they made her a beautiful birthday cake.Here it is a week later and they still look great. I also ordered flowers for my parents 26th and they were wonderful..everything i could ask for and more. They use the best quality flowers i have ever seen. I will deff use them again and i will recomend them to everyone. Randy and Lee are the best around.

WARNING!

I don't know who wrote the other reviews raving about this place...BUT...all though they may be friendly people, the quality is bad and they try to get away with making your arrangement as CHEAP as possible. Even if their prices are a bit lower it shows BIG time. From the quality of flower to the vase to the ribbon to the design...cheap cheap cheap. They should have a bird as their logo with all this "cheaping" going on. Very disappointed in this flower shop, I will never order from them again.

Best florist in town!!!

Running late for a birthday gift as usual. Stopped in and these guys created the most amazing arrangement! AND for less than what I've paid at other places. Wow! Next time I'm in the market for flowers, these are the people I know as my heroes! Simply the best!!!! I highly recommend!

Great People! Outstanding Service! Fabulous Flowers!

I love flowers and I love giving flowers -- so, I'm a bit picky. These guys ROCK! They are artists in many ways. Not only are they super with customers (picture a 6-year old buying flowers for his mother for the first time and being treated with great respect), they create absolutely gorgeous arrangements in minutes as you snoop around their shop! All of their flowers are fresh and beautiful. Plus they are very friendly and kind to people. While in their shop, I've watched them carefully listen to an older woman describe the specific flowers she wanted to give to a friend. When the arrangement was done, it was so beautiful that I wanted to tackle the woman for it! Another big plus is their reasonable pricing! How do they do it?!?

More than a great florist!!!

I agree with every single review. Randy and Lee ARE THE BEST!!! All florists in Austin should take lessons from them. They have gone out of their way to help me on so many occasions. Great service seems to be almost a thing of the past, but not here. You will not be disappointed in anything about Facet. We are so glad to have you in Anderson Mill and hope you stay forever. why be a hater KIKI08? My husband heard about these guys on Bridget and Carey's Mix 94.7 show, and called and ordered Valentine"s day flowers for me. The delivery guy came all dressed up with a tie, and had the most incredible arrangement of flowers I have ever seen for me! They lasted over 2 weeks, and all the girls were jealious, so I told them to go to FACETFLOWERSHOP web site, and send the link to their boyfriends and husbands! We also used FACET Flower Shop's wire service for sending flowers across the counrty, and got rave reviews from our friends that we sent a baby arrangement to! These guys are well connected with other top designers nation wide, and we will use them for local and long distance deliveries again. Thanks Randy and staff at FACET, we are glad you are our new flower shop of choice! :)

Great new flower shop

I used this shop to send birthday flowers to a friend. She was thrilled with the bouquet, it was fresh and long lasting. I will use them again, great service, fair prices, timely delivery.

been the beneficiary of their talents and creative skills and witness to the

lovely ambience and joy their florals contribute. They are expert masters

of their craft with a terrific sense of color and design and appreciation that

flowers can make an event! And, as a bonus, they are a heck of a lot of

fun to work with!
