As a retiree, my wife and I were looking to make one last and final move to the Sun City Texas community in Georgetown. There are so many Realtors that work in the area that it made it difficult to find one that truly knows the area well. After reading all of the great reviews about Romeo, I decided to contact him and we're so happy that we did! Romeo completely understood our needs and our budget restraints and after a good amount of negotiation, he got us the perfect home for us. I can't recommend him enough!

Romeo Manzanilla delivered. He was available, attentive, hard working and knowledgeable. He listened to our goals and helped us achieve them. After our quick sale, we asked him to represent us in our house-hunting endeavor. We are very pleased and we would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends

Being from out of town and needing to locate a realtor who would help us in locating a home that would meet our unique needs first appeared to be a daunting task. However, that was not to be the case as we were fortunate to find a 5 star realtor representative on Citysearch. Romeo Manzanilla proved to be more than we could ever expect in helping us to locate our ideal home in the Austin metropolitan area. Romeo proved to be professional and patient in working with us to locate a home to meet our particular needs.
He was always prompt and focused when he took us to see many different homes in an effort to find just what we were looking for in a home. Even though we were not sure ourselves at first just what we really were looking for, he helped us to narrow that down while helping us answer many other questions that we had not even thought about. Since my wife and I were unable to stay in the Austin area during our search for our home, we were able to continue our search with Romeo with the use of email and phone conversations. He would look at many homes while we were gone, and send us photos and his opinion of them via email. If he felt that we were still interested, he would delve deeper into those homes. This helped us immensely when we were able to return to the Austin area by eliminating the the unnecessary viewing of homes that we did not like.
When it came time to finally negotiate on the home that we were satisfied with, he gave us professional assistance in procuring that home. The deal was closed by cell phone on our return back to our residence in Indiana while waiting between flights in the Atlanta airport. Romeo even assisted us after the closing by inspecting a painting job and collecting their keys when they were finished.

Won't Find A Better Realtor In The City of Austin

Doug and I wanted to move from Phoenix, AZ to Austin and met with Romeo in Austin. He took us to all the places he thought fit our desires. He didn't pressure us nor did he try to convince us into buying a home that didn't fit into our budget or our desires. Romeo took us to the wonderful Oasis restaurant on Lake Travis for lunch so we could really enjoy the beauty that Austin has to offer. I can't say enough how caring, professional, thoughtful and considerate he is. If you are thinking about moving to or away from Austin and need to purchase or sell your home, DO NOT HIRE ANY OTHER REALTOR. Romeo will see you through from beginning to end. Thanks so much Romeo for everything!

I work as a staging consultant with many realtors, but when it came to selling my own home, I didn't want to work with anyone else but Romeo. His attention to detail and thoroughness in marketing really does put him head and shoulders above most other Realtors. He really does care about getting his clients the most for their money and needless to say, I was more than happy with the sales price of my home and absolutely love my new home. I can't say enough about Romeo's professionalism and caring attitude. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

My husband and I recently began looking for our first home and had secured another realtor recommended by a friend. However, when we found the house that had everything we wanted and we had decided to put in an offer, I was unable to reach our realtor for two days. Panicked because I didn't want to miss out on this house, I looked on Citysearch and found Romeo. With just a quick phone call explaining our situation, he met me immediately to look at the house and begin the process of placing an offer. Throughout the process he was always very responsive, kind, honest, and helpful. He's always willing to go the extra mile, and you always feel he genuinely has your best interests in mind. I recently was promoted to a position that required moving to France and wanted to sell my home before moving. I contacted Romeo because of all of his great reviews and met with him to find out what my home was worth. He did not inflate his market analysis to try and earn my business by over-exaggerating what my home was worth, but rather provided me with a fair and accurate analysis. My home sold within the first 30 days of being listed on the market at the Full Price that we had listed it. The transaction could not have been any easier. Now I can leave for my new position without having to worry about selling my home in Texas. Thank you very much Romeo.

Romeo really heard and understood what it was that I was looking for in a new home. He didn't try and show me properties that were outside of my price range nor properties that paid him the most commission. He was honest, reliable and trusthworthy. He eventually found just what I was looking for and I couldn't be any happier living in my new home. Thank you Romeo.

Romeo was quick to help our son locate a house, 24 hours. He's considerate and was available to shepard the transaction through the short time frame of 17 days. He's honest, genuine, knowledgable & skilled. He was proactive on our behalf while still being a fair person. It was a pleasure having him as our real estate agent.
