Smoothest Transaction Ever!

My husband and I are empty nesters that decided to move back to Austin from the Dallas area but weren't really sure where in Austin we wanted to live. About 20 years ago we used to live in and absolutely love the Barton Springs area but we knew that in our retirement years, we didn't want to pay those hefty property taxes associated with those homes. Romeo really listened to our needs and wants and suggested something that we had never considered, a downtown area condo! He pointed out the pros of not having any maintenance to do along with the convenience of having all of the great restaurants and venues so close by. We carefully considered all of our options and took the plunge to purchase a condo. We could not have made a better decision, we absolutely love it! Thank you so much Romeo for all of your help and expertise. You really understood what we wanted and best of all, we're back in the Barton Springs area!

Finally found the Right Realtor!

After having had my investment property listed with 3 other agents and nearly a year on the market I decided to list my property with Romeo. Not only was Romeo much more aggressive about marketing my property, but he also kept in constant communication and gave me the feedback I needed to make informed decisions. After on the market for less than 6 weeks, Romeo was able to get my home sold for a price well within my expectations. I would certainly recommend Romeo to anyone looking to sell a property.

Made the process very easy.

Romeo Manzanilla of Realty Austin, recently assisted us in finding a house in Sun City Texas. He was extremely courteous and helpful and he went above the normal service we have experienced previously in other relocations. Our adult children (located in Alpharetta GA and Round Rock TX) wished to be included in the details of our move from Florida to Texas and in the process of finding a home in this area, in fact our son researched local realtors and contacted Romeo, on our behalf, to arrange our first meeting. Romeo made sure that they were included in every step of the process by informing them, by e-mail and telephone, this was greatly appreciated by all. We recommend Romeo very highly and could not have had any better service, he is an excellent Realtor. Dale & Cindy

can't close the deal

In this market, you need realtors with determination, experience and guts.

This realtor showed none of those qualities.

He has a very nice personality. But that is a distraction from selling or buying properties with him.

Could not sell my property for over a year even when the door was open for any price.

I got a better offer selling on my own without any marketing, just from craigslist.

not recommendable realtor.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FALSE REVIEW. I have no idea who this reviewer is. I have never had a listing for more than 6 months. I would challenge this person to provide an MLS# to show that I had their listing for more than 6 months without it selling.

Million Dollar Treatment

Year long home search

Romeo was great. He dealt with all of our craziness. He was very patient as we went through many changes in our life and stuck with us until we found the perfect house. I would recommend him to anyone.

The customer comes first!

As a retiree, my wife and I were looking to make one last and final move to the Sun City Texas community in Georgetown. There are so many Realtors that work in the area that it made it difficult to find one that truly knows the area well. After reading all of the great reviews about Romeo, I decided to contact him and we're so happy that we did! Romeo completely understood our needs and our budget restraints and after a good amount of negotiation, he got us the perfect home for us. I can't recommend him enough!

Thanks a million Romeo!

Being from out of town and needing to locate a realtor who would help us in locating a home that would meet our unique needs first appeared to be a daunting task. However, that was not to be the case as we were fortunate to find a 5 star realtor representative on Citysearch. Romeo Manzanilla proved to be more than we could ever expect in helping us to locate our ideal home in the Austin metropolitan area. Romeo proved to be professional and patient in working with us to locate a home to meet our particular needs.

He was always prompt and focused when he took us to see many different homes in an effort to find just what we were looking for in a home. Even though we were not sure ourselves at first just what we really were looking for, he helped us to narrow that down while helping us answer many other questions that we had not even thought about. Since my wife and I were unable to stay in the Austin area during our search for our home, we were able to continue our search with Romeo with the use of email and phone conversations. He would look at many homes while we were gone, and send us photos and his opinion of them via email. If he felt that we were still interested, he would delve deeper into those homes. This helped us immensely when we were able to return to the Austin area by eliminating the the unnecessary viewing of homes that we did not like.

When it came time to finally negotiate on the home that we were satisfied with, he gave us professional assistance in procuring that home. The deal was closed by cell phone on our return back to our residence in Indiana while waiting between flights in the Atlanta airport. Romeo even assisted us after the closing by inspecting a painting job and collecting their keys when they were finished.
