I had been looking for a new pair of shoes for work for sometime. Their staff was very knowledgable about their shoes. They helped me realize what kind of shoe my feet needed (neutral or negative heal) for comfort since I am on my feet all day. I am on my feet 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and no longer have sore feet when I go home. I found that In Step has the best selection of Birkenstock. It took me 3 visits to make up my mind, but I LOVE the shoes I bought and wear them everyday. I was able to wear them all day from the first day. I will be buying another pair for warmer weather as new styles come out. I highly recommend In Step.
