The owner Joel puts the Pops feel back into Mom/Pop style businesses, and Veronica is a delight. Our whole family uses and loves this store for all of our shipping and stamp needs (and funny cards, and photocopies, and christmas candy -OMG!). Two thumbs way up! - R & K & Z

I went here a couple days ago to ship off a letter next day delivery. The upcharge was outrageous. I guess I wouldn't have minded paying it as much if I didn't have to wait in the store for almost 10 minutes without so much as a hello. When I finally payed the cashier the $35 and change they short changed me when I compained the cashier was very rude and blamed me before finally apologizing. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Pros: wont be in business long

Today I learned that UPS did refund the transport costs. Thanks for helping with that. I am indepted for all your help with the package that took the 'long path'. You did a good job! I'll always keep in my mind that there is someone at the other side of the ocean that really takes care for his customers! Greetings from Vienna in Austria, with no kangaroos around! ;-)

I had to ship my daughter a computer and all the equipment like speakers and a printer. I was nervous that something would be damaged in the process but the staff at Pak Mail Anderson Mill took extreme care when packing the computer and accompanying accessories. The packages arrived as scheduled and in perfect condition. Thanks for doing such a great job with the packing.

Wanted to let every one know how grateful I am for PakMail owner, Joel Altsman, here in Austin, Texas. I recently used his PakMail office to ship a package to my 20 year old daughter who is studying abroad in Granada Spain this semester. The package arrived in Spain within three days, but then went through a series of customs and delivery snafus. Joel stayed on top of the situation, tracking the package and calling me every day to update me on the status. He provided me with phone numbers and guidance, etc, so that my daughter was able to communicate with customs to answer all their questions. The package was finally delivered today much to my relief. Thanks guys!

The team at Pak Mail Anderson Mill know their stuff! Personal and friendly service. Exceeded my expectations. No lines, great value and free advice to have my package arrive on-time half-way around the world.

If you have an item to ship or mail Pak Mail Andersen Mill place to go! Great service. Greeted with friendly expertise meeting my specific needs. Difficult, large or small packages receive excellent care. No more post office lines for me.

When I needed to ship fragile wedding gifts to New York, my first thought was to go to the post office. Boy was I wrong! I don't have a ton of shipping needs so I'm not familar with the process and the forms I needed to fill out to ship my packages. I tried to find someone to help me but the only people were behind the counter and I would have had to wait in a 20-minute line to simply ask a question! Needless to say, I got frustrated and left. As I was heading back to work I passed the Pak Mail off of Anderson Mill and decided to drop in. I wish I would have had this idea in the beginning. Joel was so helpful and made shipping my gifts a breeze. The personalized service is just what I needed. I'll never walk in to a post office again! Oh, and they have really cute greeting cards. I picked one up to mail with my gifts.

These are people who really care about getting your packages where they're going. They even called to tell me my package had arrived. No one else does that! They also packed a fragile item and it arrived in perfect shape. I'm very impressed! I won't go anywhere else for my shipping needs!
