Could not have done it without Gary!

I had recently moved to Texas and started working from home. Over the first year, I gained 20 pounds even though I was exercising and trying to watch what I ate. Gary helped me understand that it was not the number of calories, but the type of food I was eating that was causing the weight gain. I lost 30 pounds in 2 1/2 months and all of my food cravings are gone! I no longer feel that gnawing hunger all the time. In fact, I feel my control over hunger and food is well under control. I do not think I could have achieved these results with any other plan. Gary really helped me figure out what was happening and how to get it under control...for LIFE!! Highly recommended!
