Best haircut I've had in YEARS

Everyone here is very knowledgeable and can actually cut your hair the way you describe. I haven't had anyone layer my hair this good in literally 10 years!

They are all very personable and make you fell at home. I'm definitely going back!

Best Salt Scrub and Massage

Patricia does the best job ever. I use to go to Lake Austin Spa but now I'm totally loyal to Patricia. She really makes me skin look and feel good. The salt scrub and the massage combo is better than a bottle of wine and chocolate cake! Love, love, love Patricia. Try her just once and you will be hooked.

Terrific Haircuts & Color

I have been going to Salon Ciao Bella for a year now for cut & color and it has been the best hair experience of my life. Melissa cuts & colors my hair, although almost everyone there has done the wash. They are friendly, professional, and I would pay for just the shampoo experience! I've also had a massage and pedicure there - all are terrific. I have no complaints. I look forward to my monthly visit - it's relaxing and I'm always thrilled with my hair afterwards. What I really like is that I can either ask for my hair to be done a certain way, or give my stylist the freedom to choose based on what she sees would look good on me - with both options I've been very pleased.

Amazing Salon

There is only one word for this salon... Amazing. From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave they make you feel welcome, important and appreciated. The hair wash and head massage is a sweet little moment of pure relaxation. Melissa has been coloring/highlighting/lowlighting my hair for about 3 years... when I have to reschedule my appointment Tiffany steps in and picks up just like Melissa. Nothing but positive experiences each and every time! Oh the massage therapist is great as well- Praise God for all these lovely ladies :)

BEST SALON between here and Cali!

I have had so much trouble finding a place that I felt comfortable going to that could do everything from hair to nails, massage to waxing. I think by now I have used every service they have to offer and have always left there feeling relaxed and pampered. Usually I will just go in and tell Melissa or Tiffany (I see both) to do what ever they want, what ever will look new, fun and good… I have never been disappointed! Most recently I decided to go from normal highlights and dieing to the other extreme and went from light brown hair to Black and Pink!!! It was so FUN!!! They knew exactly what they were doing throughout the entire process. I will never look for another salon as long as I am in Austin!!!

• Pros: Great staff and an over all relaxing place to spend the day

OMG Best People EVER

I followed Melissa as her client from her previous salon. She has been the MOST wonderful stylist and colorist I have ever had. I get comments and questions weekly about my cut and color. She makes me look and feel younger, and I'm truly comfortable with my hair. Every time I've asked for a change, she encourages me, and helps me find just what I'm looking for. She knows my preferences, but what's more, she knows me. She remembers what we talk about, asks about my family, etc. and keeps up with my life. It's a rare thing, but after years of going to Melissa, she probably knows me better than most of my friends. I LOVE MELISSA!

The rest of the staff are awesome too! They always know my name, are friendly and helpful. And I love getting my hair washed! They massage my neck and head...OMG! I'd go there just for that! Always amazing!

Bottom line, if you want to feel pampered, cared for, remembered and special, you need Salon Ciao Bella.

Caring & Great Professionals

I am very picky about my hair. I also have a skin problem that makes sitting under a dryer impossible. Melissa immediately understood my problem and always goes to extreme lengths to make sure my highlights are perfect. I will never go to another salon. I've been to the best, here and around the U.S. There is not one salon that can top this one. The owners and the staff truly care and their work shows it!

Beware of the owners lies!

I am so confused,why is this place even categorized in 4 stars compared to other surrounding salons.Going by reviews and video I completely got fooled into coming here.Very inexperienced staff and a hepa crit as a owner,Tiffany lied from the first hello of introduction,Attention all reviewers do not let that fake sweet,godly innocent front fool you.She is evil and her salon is filled with bad people.I received a certificate in the mail which they did honor but I feel because it was free i was treated like trash,as if I was looking for some handout...Little do they know I have many connections and actually have to my own business.I was indeed looking for a new stylist but after the worst hair cut of my life and suppose to have been by a lead stylist.I tried to explain to her that the haircut was not nothing like the picture I brought,she argue that it was and after speaking to tiffany explaining to me well it was free?Hum..if that's how you handle criticism from clients you have alot learn.Most of all there is nothing GODLEY here.He knows your lies and your true colors and let me just say fear him,you can only cover up for so long before you are exposed for who you are.Hypocrite and give true christians a bad name

Favorite salon so far

I have been a client at Salon Ciao Bella for a few years now. Prior to Melissa, I had a few stylists that couldn't quite do what I was hoping for. Melissa has been great! I couldn't ask for a better stylist. I have even had some of the other girls work on my hair, which is very finicky hair. If I want to try something new Melissa will let me know if she thinks it will or will not work. She is the first stylist who wants to discuss before just doing what I think will work. I completely trust her with my hair and I will continue to go back time and again. I even have my step-mom going to her now. :o) I love Salon Ciao Bella!

I am not tring to be in anyway katey,but on the other hand truth be told on viewers who have the right to express real experiences.Not everyone is an angry employee,i believe they to have moved on which have been many regardless of separation I on the other hand do not care.Its the quality of ending results.Which I as a victim of this dreadful place of business of so called beauty salon and spa have had the same ending results of many disasters reviews which Iam sure have been removed Im sure by salon.Unable to take constructive criticism.Takes a real business owner to respond or make right what the so called leading stylist/colorist messed up or cover all her lies.I work with the reviewer from twinpeaks who I warned not to go.As far as the other89 reviews honey dont be so foolish they write themselves or get their family members to write them keeping only the ones that covers up the real truth,which Im sure this will soon be removed.You said your response to internal beauty,you must not rely on outer beauty to much after all that is why we go to a salon to be beautiful on the outside.Sorry we beautiful people rely on that and not to sound vain but we are in a industry were being beautiful counts.When you go into this salon you expect to come out looking better not worse.One more thing we all wish we could find or connect to the former employee you are speaking about but we all knew she never belonged there.She in my experience is an artist and with way to much to offer here.As to all the many others who have left here I understand why?Look at whats left and then you will understand.Everyone is entitled to express what they feel just as you have.If I help prevent this happening to another beautiful woman then I will keep the word out.So keep writing your own reviews you can only cover up for so long!!
