I cannot recommend Baby Boot Camp highly enough. After having 2 babies in less than 3 years, I was SO out of shape. I saw an advertisement for Baby Boot Camp on a car shortly after my second son was born and found out online that the first class was free. When he was 12 weeks old, I tried it out and was instantly hooked. Even though my baby was the youngest in the class (and I was the least in shape), everyone was welcoming and encouraging. The classes are small so you get plenty of individual attention from the instructor and she is really great about modifying exercises for your personal ability level. My baby and I have been going to class for a month now and I have seen dramatic results. I've lost nearly 15 pounds in a month and see a huge difference in my strength and energy level. It is so great to work out with other mommies; no one judges if you have to take a time-out for feeding or diaper emergencies. Also, it is a great way to make new friends and, even though the workout is very challenging, the comraderie makes it a lot of fun. I have a 45 minute drive to get to Austin and still make it to boot camp at least 3, if not 4, days a week -- it is worth the drive!

I LOVE Baby Bootcamp. I started exercising to lose weight for a wedding but I was not willing to leave my son in daycare so that I could work out in a gym. I joined Baby Bootcamp and it far, far exceeded my expectations in terms of weight loss and muscle definition. I have never exercised for more then a month in my life, but I have been doing Baby Bootcamp for six months now. In the beginning I joked that I wanted arms like the girls from "Friends" (i.e. Jennifer Aniston ;) I didn't think it could actually happen! Plus, my son loves it. At home, he plays pretend exercise and has his animals do push-ups. I can't recommend it enough...

I was never an exercise fanatic before having a baby, but when my body was not "snapping back into shape" with breastfeeding as promised ;o ), I knew I needed to do something. I didn't get back into working out until my baby was a year old, and I initially went back to jogging. I became frustrated after injuring myself several times, so I was ready to try something new. A friend basically talked me into trying Baby Boot Camp when my son was 18 months old. He's 2 now, and I am hooked! The instructor is phenomenal - knowledgeable and encouraging, but not a drill sergeant by any means. I love that class is different each day, and we also have input as to what we want to work on during class. The kids get to interact with one another and get to see each other so often that they really become little friends. The instructor is great about tailoring and modifying exercises to fit individual needs, and I always feel like I have gotten a good workout. I have definitely seen positive results in terms of weight loss, strength, and increased energy level. Plus, the location is great. The moms and dads get their workout time, then we usually head to the Zilker playground to let the little ones run around when we're done. You have to try it! It really is fun!

I attend the baby boot camp with my wife and 2 year old. It provides us with an outlet to spend time together outdoors in a pretty setting while also keeping me on a consistentt excercise schedule. I have excercised most of my life and baby boot camp is very challenging for me. I have always jogged and done other aerobic activities and this class is forcing me work on strength training in addition to aerobic training. I have been very pleased with the results and feel that I am building muscle in a manner that I would never have been able to accomplish without the class.
