When my groomer told me that this place was a new class in boarding, i was a little septic but i said lets give it a try. She was RIGHT!!! The dog-runs were so big and clean. My dog had never had it better. The Indoor part was big (4x5) and clean. It looked like a luxury suit. My dog also had his own private outdoor run and 3 walks a day. The staff really cared about their work and they called me when they noticed a 'hot spot' on Jimmy. You can tell that they really watch him. And the best part, my bill came out to be cheaper than it was in my former vet. Highly recommended

Pros: Open 7 days a week.

Cons: near Lakeway

Dr Dunn saved my dog's life! One night during the holidays Rocky was going into heart failure and no other vet in the area was willing to help us. My wife called White Angel and they said to bring him right in. She stayed late into the night and took care of him. I later found out she had tickets for a show that night. She never even mentioned that to me and her focus was on Rocky the whole time. Not only that, she saved me from having to spend thousands of dollars at the emergency clinic that night. I know that I have my big guy with me today just thanks to her and the wonderful staff at White Angel.

Pros: Convenient long hours, cheap prices, Dr Dunn

Cons: Can't think of any

I was personally not impressed with my experience at this vet. I had this feeling that they were just trying to up sell me on their services. I understand it's a business, but they come off more like a used-car salesman than a genuine doctor. Dr. Lewellyn(who has left) was a far better doctor than Dr. Roth or Dr. Dunn who are now the only vets there. The two doctors don't have the best communication skills and they do not follow through on follow-up calls that they said that would do. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros: None

Cons: Overpriced and shady

Mrs Colton, The fact is, in order to treat your pet the doctors have to know what is wrong with him. The tests that are recommended are just that, recommended so that we can treat your pet appropriately. We have a legal as well as a moral obligation that when we presribe a medication to your pet it is to treat his or her specific condition. Basic tests such as fecals and ear cytologies are done at every single vet clinic in town. However, I hope that you can find a veterinary clinic that won't recommend any tests. If you do, will you please tell us where they got their magic glass ball so that we can purchase it? Good luck, White Angel Animal Hospital

I took my new puppy to White Angel Animal Hospital for her first shots this weekend. I found the staff to be very friendly and kind. The doctor spent time answering all of my questions and even gave me some helpful hints for training my puppy. When it came time for the shots the staff distracted her with some treats, she never even noticed the needle. Thank you White Angel Animal Hospital for making my puppy's first veterinary exam a positive one!

My dogs are not easy to handle. One is agressive and nervous. She even nips at times. Dr Zilkha says she is "fear aggressive" and treats her gently and respectfully and is able to handle her w/o a problem. In fact, although my dogs have some behavior problems and are often aggressive, they LOVE Dr Zilkha and the White Angel Animal Hospital. They enjoy going to see Dr Zilkha!! We met Dr Zilkha when one of my dogs was puppy. She saved my dog's life!! Mercedes had developed acute renal failure. If it had not been for Dr Zilkha's expert care, Mercedes would have died. I think it is an outstanding testimonial that after a couple of weeks of intense care and illness, Mercedes still loves Dr Zilkha w/o reservation!! She always gives her big hugs!! Thanks Dr Zilkha! We love you!!

My dog Tickie had pups, and i needed to get the three of them ready for adoption. I took them to White Angel thinking it was goona be a big ordeal to get the little guys vaccinated. It was quite the opposite. Dr. Roth was able to vaccinate them while they were sleeping! Can you believe that. And she gave them dewormer that they seemed to think was tasty. Besides the miracle of sticking the pups with a needle so carefully they dont even notice, the receptionists were friendly and even brought me coffee, the place was clean and didnt smell, and the building is crazy beautiful.

Dr. Roth was able to help my cat Sebastian. After months of exams and valuable time wasted at another clinic I decided to try this new clinic in Lakeway. So many times I was told by other vets it was nothing or just given medication and told to come back for a recheck. How could anyone take one look at Sebastian, so skinny and tell me that it is nothing. Hes been barely able to keep anything down. He was practically skin and bones and his coat looked really unhealthy and he was throwing up. Dr. Roth took the time to do whatever was necessary to get us some answers. They have all the testing stuff there so she was able to figure out alot of what was going on while I was waiting. She seemed to really care about him and what was going on with him. Unfortuantely his condition is a little more serious than originally thought but at least we have some answers and can treat him appropriately now. Hes gained almost two pounds, and although he is sluggish hes not throwing up anymore. It hurts to think of all that wasted time. Now hes almost 12 and being sick was really hard on him, if there were more places like White Angel maybe this would have been easier for Sebastian.

I Live on the outskirts of lakeway and was very excited when I found out a new animal hospital and boarding facility would be opening soon. First I took my three cats in for vaccines. All three of them are terrified of new places and are somewhat aggressive, but the staff was gentle, yet firm and even took some extra time to show my babies that the vet wasn't a place to fear. Next I had to take my dog in for boarding. She has severe eating problems, requires lots of help, and is easily depressed, but when I got her back not only had she gained weight but seemed very happy! Thank you White Angel for making my pets feel at home, and for going the extra mile to make sure they got the attention they need. I feel like I have finally found a place close to home whom I can trust to leave my pets with and who really cares.

Pros: Caring Staff

Cons: Two brands of food, but many types
