I've had laser hair removal at two other places in town. One place burned me, and the other just wanted my money. After alot (and I mean alot) of PAINFUL treatments elsewhere, yep-I still had to shave pretty much every day. Well, after a few months with Sarah I am (for the first time ever) hair free! This girl get's it. Before my first treatment she really took the time to look at my hair and talk to me. She was funny and smart and fast! AND she got rid of my hair. She works that laser like she was born with the thing. It's so nice not to see hair on my face in the mirror anymore. The place is clean and pretty, the rest of the staff seem to be really nice, too. If Sarah is any indication of the sort of people that are on the staff-I'd recommend any of them. I'm just so excited, because I just realized that I have not had to shave my legs for 5 months. I go in for my last treatment on the rest of the areas in January. I had to push them out because I had no hair yet! If you are sick of feeling hairy, you have to try this place. But do yourself a favor, get directions. The place is pretty discreet and easy to miss. I got lost the first time but the nice front desk ladies give great directions.

I just wanted to thank the staff at Pure Spa Medica. I have been coming here for the last year, and every experience has been wonderful. The treatments are great, the staff is informative and not pushy. It is always sparkling clean and the Doc there does the best injections I've ever gotten, and I still have never written a review. Last month I was there to get a service done and received some truly horrible medical news in the middle of it. (I had left my phone on during laser treatment because I was waiting to find out) Anyway, I am writing this because the girl that does my treatments (she knows who she is) was so caring and supportive. She hugged me and dried my tears and sat with me for a while with her arm around me. She immediately helped me create an action plan with my family, offered to call someone to pick me up or drive me home herself, and then had the front office girl call someone to meet me at my house. Wanted to make sure I didn't have to be alone. She so firmly told me that I was going to get through it that I felt a little better. I was a mess and she brought makeup into the room to touch it up so I wouldn't have to leave looking like I did. This week I got a card in the mail, signed by the entire staff letting me know they were all thinking about me as I start my chemotherapy treatments next week. I'm a regular, and they have always made me feel so at home. But this is different. They really do care! The little gal that does my skin treatments even wrote down a list of informative websites and suggested joining a support group. I just wanted to share that story because I've been so many places that just want your money and get you in and push you out as fast as they can. Skin care is a very personal thing. This place has always been great and now I know in my heart that they are truly special people!

This place in amazing. I recently came in after hearing about some of their specials and I am glad I did. The treatment I received was awesome - these girls are good. The office is very well put together and you get star treatment from the second you walk in to the moment you leave. I would highly recommend checking them out.

This place is really great. The specials they have were enticing enough to get me to come back in and WOW, has this place improved! The office is much nicer than I remember. The staff is so friendly, from the moment you walk through the door until they send you happily on your way. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high quality, competitively priced med spa and I will definitely be back soon.

I went to Pure Spa Medica today to get a facial and it was the best experience I've ever had!! Everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful in answering allthe questions I had. After my relaxing facial I mentioned that I'm interested in trying BOTOX and Mesotherapy...which is a cellulite and fat reduction treatment, and the consultants did a great job discussing the features and benefits of of each treatment, and how it can benefit my personal needs. They were very informative of all my options and were not pushy at all. I also love the privacy of their location! It's beautiful and extremely professional! I would definitely suggest checking it out as soon as you can! It's unlike any other spa or laser center I've ever been to!!

A good friend of mine gave me a gift certificate from this place for my birthday. I was a little unsure at first because I've had bad experiences with facials before, and left really blotchy and itchy. Not here! I was greeted by a nice girl at the front desk and sat down in the waiting area. I only had to wait for a minute and then my aesthetician, Sarah ushered me back into a pretty treatment room. It was so serene with soft music playing. And the bed was really comfortable and had adjustable height, which was really nice because I had knee replacement 4 months ago and have a hard time climbing up onto things. Anyway, the facial was so nice! Sarah has magic fingers and I felt so relaxed and comfortable. My skin glowed for days and wasn't blotchy at all, even though she did some extractions. She did recommend a couple of products but wasn't pushy at all, and told me how to incorporate them with what I was already doing. I actually bought them. My skin looks better, and I trust the girl. I can't wait to go back. They may do some medical procedures but they really know how to make it feel like a spa.

I cannot believe how pleased I am with my experience at this place. I've had two photofacials and people are telling me I look great all the time! The girl that did my consultation was wonderful, she really took the time to explain everything to me in detail, showed me around, and introduced me to the staff. Two days later I was in to see the aesthetician and got my first treatment done. I've had photofacials before, but the results I got from this place were the best ever, hands down. ALL my brown spots are gone, and so are all the little broken capillaries around my nose. They even touch up your makeup after your treatment, which I like because I don't like to go around "without my face on". I'm getting a gift certificate for my sister!

Pros: Pretty office, great staff, parking.

You absolutely MUST check out Pure Spa Medica!! They are so friendly and so knowledgeable, and there is a skincare service for everyone! I recently started my laser hair removal package on my underarms and lower legs and I absolutely LOVE the results. I haven't had to worry about shaving for the past couple weeks and it's been truly amazing. It's given me back time in the morning when I'm rushing to get to work, and eliminated the embarassment of having stuble on the days I didn't have time to shave. Pure Spa Medica always has a lot of great promotions going on and all of their skin treatments are very affordable, especially for the quality of service you get with the entire experience!! I can't wait to be hair free and I wanted to share my wonderful experience with everyone! Also, if you're interested in more than just laser hair removal, Pure Spa Medica is a full service med spa that also offers skin care treatments such as facials, chemical peels and waxing for relaxation, acne treatments or skin rejuvenation. They also do microdermabrasions and photofacials at a great price! It's a perfect way to keep your skin looking young and beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive at Pure Spa Medica!! You should definitely go check it out!!
