I went with Sunshades based on other user reviews. Great staff; didn't try to up-sell me. Better value than the other area shops. I highly recommend these guys to all my friends!

Great Experience - Professional Results

Robert manages a very clean and professional operation. I had three of my vehicles tinted at Sunshades, my wife's Audi TT, my black VW Rabbit, and my son's GTI - all came out looking amazing. The tint really helps with the scorching Texas sun - and it makes the car look damned cool! I am very picky about my cars, so it is nice when you run into an auto services professional who treats your property with the same care and attention to detail that you do. I highly recommend Sunshades.

best quality and prices in town!

In 2006 I bought a Porsche that needed to have Window tint installed. Robert ensured me that his staff would take the best care of my car and DID!! The tint was much better than I could have expected and keeps the heat out of the car without being too dark. GREAT JOB three years ago fellas… and you keep getting better!

On 3.28.09 ( Saturday ) at 1:00pm I called Sunshades to enquire about an appointment for a new AUDI that I just picked up in San Antonio.. ( I was still in San Antonio btw ). Robert told me that he could possibly get it done the same day as long as I got to the shop by 2:00. I was not sure of how long it would take me to get back to town so I called Sunshades when I got to San Marcos… I told him that I could be there by 2:30 knowing they closed at 3:00.. Robert said “come on down!! We will be ready for you and get it done for you today.” WOW!! I arrived close to 3:00 and all of the installers were there working on my car within 10 minutes.. They did NOT rush and even took the extra time to go over the tint options, costs and warranties. We all even debated together about what would look the best on the car. The guys were very chilled back with a professional feel.

My wife and I both agree that the customer service, cleanliness and quality of Sunshades far surpasses the BIG WINDOW tint chains locally.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

I called SunShades about 3 weeks ago to try to get a remote start 2-way alarm. I decided to go to them because not only is there location convenient but they could get me right in and they matched the price I had found. They were very helpful. They showed me exactly what I was getting and called me if/when there was a problem. They even stayed late that day to get my truck finished. I would highly recommend them for any alarm or stereo equipment or installation. I was very pleased with this place!!!!

• Cons: Took a little longer than expected, but that was due to a problem with my vehicle...

Fast and Clean

Really Good Place. They had no problem getting me in. The shop was clean and Robert was

a very nice guy who did exactly what I wanted on my tint. Never pushed anything at me and had no

problem letting me use my coupon. I will be going back for audio/video soon.Oh yeah these guys were

fast too.

Best Window Tint and Service

Called for an appt it was fri morning and I got an appt for 12:00 noon,I was greeted by PJ who took his time to explain to me the different type of tints they offered and what the difference was in each type.I was able to go into the shop area where the guys work,it was clean,quite,and cool.I was able to view a car they were working on to get an idea of the one type tint I selected.I asked PJ if someone could take me to pew wei to eat lunch while I had to wait,and they were more then happy to take me! within 1hr I got a call to say my car was ready,I have a Honda Accord 4/door and it looked gorgeous I was amazed at the job they did.I truley do recommend them,Great work,great people,and terrific price with a lifetime warrenty!! Thank you all!

Great Work - Fair Price

I called all around town to get prices on window tint for my new 08 Taurus and found that they all charge around the same price so I ended up picking a convenient location. I called Robert in the morning and made an appointment for the same day. When I arrived he walked me through my choices and explained the differences in all the types of window film available and helped me make the best choice for my vehicle and driving environment. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me into the most expensive option. When I left my car with him I informed him that my kids had a dentist appointment at 2:00, so it had to be ready by 1:30 at the latest. I went to lunch and came back at 1:00 and it was ready to go and looked great! I would highly recommend his shop and plan to bring my wife's Suburban in soon to get her windows done as well.

Best car ipod audio

Recently I had a my factory radio replaced with a new radio system. The people at Sun Shades did a great job. They installed a radio, a satellite radio, and a car alarm. They did a clean and professional job. They made access to my Ipod and USB flash drive connections convenient and hidden!!! They are very reasonably priced. I was impressed with quality and speed of their work. I am very picky about the way things are done and they met or exceeded my expectation. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wanted quality work done!!!! It is not every day that I can recommend someone like this. I am glad that there are still people who show pride in their work.

Just what I needed........

Just got my '98 Honda Accord windows tinted. Looks great & professional!

I called a lot of window tinting places and decided to go with these guys because they were very knowledgeable about their products and services.

I dropped off my car, walked down the street a block away to River City Aquatics [where they have over 30 aquariums of tropical & rare fish 4 sale] which was AWESOME [great place 4 the kids btw], came back and picked up my car!
