We had an after hours emergency with our shower. We called everyone in town, and Radiant's dispatcher was the nicest, most professional and most accommodating. While the after-hours call was expensive, they fixed the problem in a matter of minutes (after we'd spent about 6 hours trying to fix it ourselves). The plumber who came on the call gave up his own birthday party to help us out. Hopefully, he still got to have some fun. You can't go wrong with these guys - they are very professional, very knowledgeable and very nice. Not cheap, but in this case, you get what you pay for.
Pros: Customer service, knowledge, quick and efficient
Cons: Not cheap

We have used Radiant before and they are always prompt, courteous and professional. Whether it be a large job (replacing a water heater in the attic), or a list of small 'fix-it' items that we are doing today, Radiant Plumbing gets the job done right the first time, within your budget, and with your customer satisfaction in mind. What a pleasure!
Pros: Prompt, Professional

I used Radiant Plumbing for the first time based on a referral from a friend. The technician was polite, friendly, explained the problem and gave me several options. He was able to install some new fixtures at a reasonable price and went above and beyond by cleaning the grout and re-caulking the tile around the tub. He also flushed my solar water heater for me. The folks at the office were also polite and accommodating and worked with me to find a time for an appointment that fit my schedule. They didn't even mind when I called to check on the status - didn't get snippy or give me some kind of lame excuse when I asked how the day was going. I will definitely use them again.
Pros: competence, professionalism
Cons: had to wait for the technician to show up; reasonable prices but not cheap

They won't even give you an estimate unless you pay upfront! Save your time and get another contractor.
Pros: Fancy trucks
Cons: Spendy estimates

We had a "nightmare" experience with a gas leak problem and City and Texas Gas permitting/re-connection. The only positive thing that kept us going during this ordeal was the support and service that Radiant's staff provided. We really felt you were on our side and realize that you provided exceptional service. Thanks!
Pros: Excellent Customer Service & Support

Prompt, yes. Friendly, yes. The biggest rip off ever, yes! Their prices are ridiculous. You will be ripped off! You can find a quality, local plumber for 1/2 the price easily. Other plumbers have laughed about their prices.
Pros: Got here quickly.
Cons: Horrible price! I am a woman and even I know better. I

fast and reliable, but too much time spent on pricing plans, what they can do for you in the future! Friendly staff but pricing is expensive!
Cons: TOO MANY PRICING PLANS

This is the first review I've ever written. I was dreading calling a plumber for my bathtub drain problem but finally bit the bullet and selected a plumber by reading the reviews. Radiant scheduled a same-day appointment between 2-5 in the afternoon for a minimum $39 service call, then notified me right at 2:00 that the tech was on his way. Ray arrived at 2:30 and quickly resolved the problem I'd been struggline with in a do-it-yourself attempt. Considering I thought I had a serious blockage problem on my hands, I was glad to pay the $131 charge for Ray to address it. Hats off to Ray and Radiant for a first-rate professional experience.
Pros: Highly professional
Cons: None

The "tankless expert" from Radiant came to our house to estimate replacing a tank water heater with a gas tankless. Good: he was on time, friendly, and willing to answer questions and discuss alternatives. Bad: He had not brought a ladder or flashlight and had to borrow ours. He proposed venting the heater into the (very small) attic space, which I later found is a fire hazard and directly contradicts the manufacturer's installation instructions. When asked about building permits he told us (incorrectly) that the entire house would have to be up to code to get a permit for remodeling. The prices he quoted were almost twice what we expected based on conversations with other plumbers, and he refused to break the price down. Whether incompetent, dishonest, or simply a bad communicator, we ultimately did not feel we could trust this plumber.
Pros: courteous, on time, fixed pricing
Cons: expensive, apparently ignorant of building codes

Dale and Brad were the two most professional and knowledable plumbers that I have ever encountered. We had a plumbing problem that was really a design flaw from the start. Dale and Brad suggested alternatives with pros and cons of each, estimated costs, etc. They worked continuously until the job was completed and would not leave on a Friday night until they checked and re-checked to make sure everything was working to perfection. These guys were great!! I would not even think about using any other plumbing company. We were so impressed that we also signed up for their annual maintenance program. Thanks Dale and Brad for your great service and professionalism!
Pros: Professional, knowledgeable, reliable (on-time)
Cons: Absolutely none!
