We needed a credit card processing company that was LOCAL, could get us set up QUICKLY, and be there to assist us when we needed them. I contacted Keith a week before our Auction and he had us set up to process credit cards in no time. He was there before, during, and after our event to make sure any problems were resolved quickly. We had a technical problem with our wireless network, not related to the credit card processing, and he was there helping us fix it as well. Keith Miller, with Authorized Credit Card Systems, has a hands on, no BS, mentality and should be considered by anyone who needs to get set up quickly and wants to work with a company who is DIRECT and TO THE POINT.

Pros: Quick to Set Up, No Hidden Details, Amazing Customer Service

Keith is a great guy, with superb integrity. He found the solution that works best for my business, and saved me from paying alot of fees. I highly recommend his service for any business!

Having been on the merchant side of credit card processing for customers over the last 14 years, the customer service I received from Authorized Credit Card Systems was the greatest ever. Keith and Gia did an amzingly awesome job by keeping me in the loop on the whole switch over process. They even took the time to cancel my old credit card service company. COOL! The greatest part was the day I received my equipment, Keith was here within 3 hours to install it all. WOOOO HOOOO! Since we are not able to process credit card information vis the web, we an extra phone line and we have had no "lost carrier" responses on our machine. I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone out there. They take care of EVERYTHING! Keith even hid our wires so they weren't in the way and did not show where our customers could see them!

Keith and Authorized Credit Card Systems has allowed us to streamline our credit card processing as well as increased our bottom line due to their committment to our business. We would HIGHLY recommend Authorized CC Systems to any business who is looking to improve their level of service and revenues.

We throught we were processing fine, but found out we could save a bundle of money as well as process in a more efficient manner. We set up several wireless terminals for our service techs that save us so much time... Keith checks in often and even delivers paper free when we run out! I highly recommned him and his company! They are the best in Austin and I think the entire state of Texas!

I had been using my bank for a credit card service for years and continued to get minimal support from them. From the minute that I contacted Keith, the customer service has been fantastic. He carefully assessed my business needs and provided me with an excellent proposal that saved me money! I thought getting it all up and running would be complicated, but it was a piece of cake since Keith came in and hooked everything up. He even arrived with phone cords and splitters for our phone jacks. Keith has continued to check in and evaluate the current program in order to best meet my business needs. You just don't see service and attention like this anymore - if you are still with your same 'ol system and haven't made the switch yet - don't delay. You will be very pleased!

The customer service from Authorized Credit Card Systems is fabulous. They helped change our recurring monthly billing from a outdated software program to an online processing system in an efficient and professional manner. The new processing system is user friendly and allows you to create many reports. Authorized Credit Card Systems assisted us in a smooth transistion, getting everything set-up and simplified our payment process with significant savings.

I am a local orthodontist and Keith's approach to improving the processing of my patients who use credit cards to pay for my services has proven to be quite a savings. I appreciated the fact that my savings were pre-assesed prior to switching over to Authorized Credit Card Systems. My office manager is now delighted with the online handling of our accounts and the time savings. Great service and significant savings!!!

I have never had better customer service EVER!!! Keith and Gia have made sure I understood what was happening with the setup and operation of my credit card system. Keith went through 2 different systems until HE found what was best for me and my business. It is so refreshing to find a company that is as concerned about taking care of their customers as I am. Big or small if you are looking for any services that this company covers us them, you won't be sorry!!!!!
