We hired Uptown Valet at the last minute for an event, and they couldn't have been better. From start to finish they were responsive and professional. The area for parking at the event was challenging and they managed it nicely. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Seriously the worst valet company

Words cannot even express my disappointment with this company. That party off of Belvedere Pool was exactly the type of service these "boys" bring to the table. Completely irresponsible and a complete disaster! How hard is it to run a decent valet company, really?!?!

Pretty good valet company with accessable owners who know what they are doing. No real problems with them, the one post about them "running downtown in a year" sounds like a fake post as I have meet many of their valets and this is not the conduct I saw around them.

Details Details Details, Right?

I want to start off by saying that I was guest at the Belvedere on Hamilton Pool Road just recently. Im a home owner and enjoy house flipping so my attention to detail is part of the family line. The valet service, which i later asked for their title, was absolutely horrible. When i say horrible i mean detail disaster. Shirts untucked, dirty language and not very genuine. I watched them stall my car three times (i guess you don't need to drive standard to be a valet . . . go figure)!

I heard more then a couple of squeals outside while i was inside.

Seriously?

bad taste in my mouth from the beginning and then when i left, my car was pulled up and turned off.

I opened my own door.

Started up my own car.

I drove away without looking back.

I only gave them one star simply to be somewhat generous.

Uptown Valet will beat any of the competition because they are that good! This company is a fine example of how all businesses should be run. Watch them go national. Other companies will try to emulate them but won't succeed because they are missing a main ingredient...customer service over profit! They are ethical and have high standards. My company will use them for everything from now on!

UPTOWN really means uptown!

This group of men and a lady is a real class act. WOW! I wish every young person has the same standards that these people have. It makes me proud and hopeful to see who will be running our county. Many people have a lot they can learn from these Uptown Valet and their courtesy, caring, and concern for their customers!!

Uptown Valet is the "Class Act" of Austin.

Last Saturday night I went to an amazing birthday party near Lake Travis and Uptown Valet parked my car . They were very pleasant! They helped me out of my car and drove me down to the house in a Golf Cart. The young men and cute lady were polite and helpful. When I left the party they drove me back where they had my car waiting for me with the doors open. The valets kindly helped my husband and myself into the car. Uptown valet is the "class act" of Austin.

AWful service for the price

These guys had no idea where my car was. I spent 20 minutes HOPING where they could find my car. EVENTUALLY, these guys found my car after SIX other people already behind me got their cars and left. As a matter of fact, one employee of Uptown Valet told me that his company plans to run all of Austin within the next year. UNBELIEVABLE! You are going to run ALL of Austin and you cannot find my car in TWENTY MINUTES?!? These guys are a complete joke!

Happy 60th Kerry!!!

I recently attended a surprise birthday party for a close friend and felt the need to comment on the outstanding valet services provided at this event. After I had my car parked, I realized I had left the most important item in the car? the present! As I was speaking to another valet attendant, I saw the young man who had parked my car running up the driveway with the present in hand!!! He clearly was a step ahead of me! I truly appreciate the extra mile these young men went to; they helped to make the event run smooth and stress-free despite all the chaos of the surprise party! I would definitely recommend Uptown Valet to anyone interested in professional, quality services!

Please don't be fooled by phoney, negative reviews

I have used Uptown Valet many times. They are an outstanding up and coming valet company. I use them and another well established valet company. Both of these are reputable companies. Unfortunately there is another valet company out there that prides itself on trying to acquire new business by speaking ill of the competition. Rather sad, considering there is enough work out there for those who like to put forth good service. Again, don't be fooled by bogus negative reviews.
