I only saw my primary doctor once this year for annual physical but I used WhiteGlove twice recently for my sore throat and bad cough.

If it wouldn't be WhiteGlove, I probably would just suffer and let the bugs went thru my system naturally because going to the doctor's office is a hassle and chances are I would not get a same day appointment anyway. However, with WhiteGlove, it's really easy. The first time, I called in the moring, I got an 1:00 p.m. appointment at my home. The practioner did the strap test onsite and got result back right away. I didn't have strap but since my throat was really inflamed and sore, I got 3 -day supply of anti-biotic right away and got the rest by Fed Ex. Didn't even have to go to a pharmacy.

The 2nd time was for lingering bad coughing, I called from work after lunch and the practioner came to see me at work at 5:00 p.m.

I was very impressed with their excellent service and ease to use the service (just a phone call or website away). I will recommend to anyone for minor emergencies/illnesses.

White Glove is the best! They are friendly and very efficient. Who would of ever thought that you could receive qulaity health care in your home. I love this service and would recomment White Glove to anyone. They are awesome!!

Best service ever!

If you need medical attention and are short on time this is the way to go! You call them up and arrange for them to meet up with you on your terms.... Work or home. They come to you. They use an iPad to record info and will even write out a prescription for you. It literally only took 15 mins. That never happens when you go to the doctors office. They also bring you a "get well kit". They take most insurance plans so it's fast and convenient too! Give them a try!

White Glove is the best service you can add to make your life more convenient! My kids have had strep and ear infections and White Glove is out to the house within hours WITH an antibiotic to get started! They are awesome!!

Great at-home healthcare alternative!

I used White Glove a few weeks ago for what was an oncoming sore throat. My PCP couldn't fit me in quickly enough, so I had White Glove come to my house that very evening. The nurse they sent was great, informative, and professional. For just my PCP copay I was given a visit/diagnosis, a 3-day (followed by another 7-day) supply of medicine, and a get well packet with soup, painkillers, and Gatorade. I'm not looking forward to getting sick again, but I'll be sure to use White Glove when it's necessary.

I've had two whiteglove appointments so far, and both were really good experiences. both times, the nurse showed up right on time for the appointment, was very professional and helpful, and gave me a prescription during the visit. when you feel lousy, it's really a nice thing to have a nurse come to your house instead of having to drive to the doctor's office and sit in a waiting room surrounded by other sick people.

my husband's co-worker has made several appointments for whiteglove to come to his office for his appointments, so that's also an option when you're well enough to go to work (allergies, etc.), but don't really have time to deal with being sick.

I'm new to whiteglove, but already a big fan.

I usually go to Bee Caves Medical to get checked out if I am sick but my family recently signed me up for WhiteGlove Health. It is nice that I can call them when my charge is sick and be able to schedule an app. on the same day. I love getting the "get better" boxes. They have a great turn around, I have not yet had to wait more than 12 hours to see someone. Plus, they bring you the medicine which is super helpful and saves me the cash.

Professional, Helpful and Caring

I was a little bit hesitant in using this service, as having someone come to your house just sounds a little questionable! However, when you're so sick you can't leave -- it's about the only option you have.

I registered my account online and made my appointment and had someone at my house within two hours. The doctor that came was able to diagnose my symptoms and do some tests before prescribing me some antibiotics.

Plus, the well-care kit was unreal! Chicken noodle soup, Gatorade, crackers, ginger ale, cough drops, jello, tissues, motrin, etc. What a deal.

I literally will probably never go to an actual doctor's office again. This was truly a positive experience -- I felt cared for by a legitimate professional.
