In Short
In 1984, the first Embassy Suites location debuted in Overland Park, Kan. Today, the property's luxury accommodations make it an ideal hotel for conferences, special events and weddings. All hotel rooms are spacious two-room suites that include a separate living area with a sofa bed and desk, a private bedroom, two televisions, a wet bar, a refrigerator and a coffeemaker. Guests may also attend a nightly reception with beverages.

This hotel stay would have been perfect if we did not get ripped off in the parking lot. After the first night's stay we're walking to our Escalade and the Cadillac wheel covers were stolen (all four). Of course the hotel tells you to park at your own risk. I'm glad they didn't steal the truck. Otherwise, as most Embassy suites they have the best deal going with hot breakfast and the manager's reception every evening. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly.
- Pros: hot breakfast, manager's reception, clean rooms
- Cons: parking lot thieves
A good deal for an embassy suite hotel - 4 stars!

Stayed here for 1 week.I enjoyed my stay.Trying to get to it can be a little tricky! It is on a one-way street, small balconies (can't even fit a chair on them), but it has enough standing room to breathe a little fresh Texas air. Here is an overview of the hotel: Lobby: 4 stars-Very nice; Bathrooms: 4 stars-very clean but small; Rooms: 5 stars-nice layout: 2 tv's, kitchen sink, 2nd sink & mirror by the beds, mini-fridge, sofabed, bed:nice & comfortable.Dining:We did not eat at Lynx steakhouse. Complimentary b.fast-4 stars weekdays the crowd is steady &they can add a lot of extras to your omlettes. On the weekends: long lines, loud & noisy.Staff-4 stars-very friendly; Location: 3 stars- Location is extremely convenient to I-35 & highways. The neighborhood is a little run-down &difficult to get around. Overall: It a nice place to bring your family &get away from it all
- Pros: value, free breakfast, parking
- Cons: one-way street, neighborhood, busy on weekends
