WORST customer service ever!

I hired Imperfect Lawns to cut my grass- realy easy job so no complaints there. It's the lack of customer service and crappy billing system that brings the one star rating. I discontinued service when I moved.Several months later I received an invoice from them. I called right away to find out what was going on and they offered a call back after they researched my file. I NEVER got a return call. Instead, I got served papers that I WAS BEING SUED.

Apparantly their billing system has a LOT OF ISSUES that led to this unexpected invoice- come to find out it really was due and in addition to the service amount they also wanted $4 each month for late fees- months they never even sent me a bill!

I would never refer this business to anyone, not even an enemy. There is nothing worse than trying to resolve a billing issue and getting sued before even getting an explanation of what was happeneing.

Difficult Landscaping job, no problem for Perfect Lawns

Perfect Lawns has recently completed the landscaping of our large back yard. The job was not an easy one as the yard had some slope and drainage issues. However, through numberous meetings with Brent Wiltshire, one of the owners, and Tom Randall the landscape architech, the above issues were readilly addressed. In addition, they made suggestions for a courtyard area with privacy walls, as well as subtle landscape lighting, both of which turned out beautifully. They made and implemented suggestions for other landscaping ideas which we also liked, such as a fire pit are and seperat crushed granite patio area. Mr. Wiltshire and associates have been professional, cordial, and prompt during the entire process. We have recieved numberous compliments from friends and neighbors who have recently seen the back yard. Perfect Lawns had also provided our front yard landscaping prior to the closing of the property purchase and we have used their maintenance service for the past several years. We would highly recommend Perfect Lawns for both landscaping projects and maintenance.

Extreme Satisfaction

Of the contractors we have delt with in the building of our home, Perfect Lawns staff showed the highest level of professionalism and made the landscape project the most enjoyable aspect of all the contractor jobs performed at our house. The landscaping is beautiful

Great crew men

Ramiro T. A crew leader for Perfect Lawns visited my property today for a mowing, and I was absolutly delighted with the job. He went out of his way to turn the water hose off that had been left on, had he not done that, I would have had water everywhere. Job well done Ramiro!

Best trimming in town

The crews Trimmed our front entry Yaupon tree and Lantana so the area would be ready for the Christmas lights. The trimming was perfect and the tree looks great again! very quick service!

Don't use Perfect Lawns!

Don't use this company! They are horrible! I am particular about my landscaping and while the crew is friendly and great, the office staff is terrible! They will overcharge you because their accounting records are so disorganized. I was overcharged $350.00!!! Consumers beware!!!!!!!

Horible Customer Service

We hired perfect lawns mow and care for our yard, and we live in austin seasonaly. Durring the summer while they were caring for the yard, the sprinkler system shut off in a storm. The yard started to die and they did not notify me. A month passed before a friend drove by my home and called to say it was looking bad. So I called perfect lawns and asked them to please turn on the water system. They wanted to charge me $60 dollars to turn on my water. When I returned home for the year,(in September) my yard was dead along when several plants and an expensive tree. They said this was not their fault and refused to replace anything. They were short, rude, and dificult to get ahold of. We had been with them as a yard company for over 5 years before this, but this was a back breaker and we left. I would encourage you to look elsewhere if you like your yard and want good customer service.

Good presentation but Disappointing performance

Perfect Lawns presents an impressive capability and service. I met them at a home show and had them do a proposal for my yard. I contracted with them to both redesign my landscaping and for monthly maintenance. The landscape designer was consistently late for meetings (total no show twice), promoted plants that deer ate about as fast as they were put in the ground and became very non-responsive to my followup calls that the work not measuring up to their proposal. The management team met with me once and also quit returning my calls once I explained that I was unhappy with the design and the results of $6000 worth of design and plantings (the company president said he was too busy to meet with me when i requested to come meet him). I kept the maintenance service for several months but they also proved to be more interested in selling more services (eg: mapping/repairing sprinkler systems that didn't need repair) than they were in doing a good job of basic yard maintenance. There is a different manager responsible for mowing, for trimming, for fertilizing, for irrigation , for scheduling services - so many, in fact, that it's very difficult to actually find and talk to the right person when you have an issue with their performance. In the end, I cancelled their service because i was paying top dollar and getting mediocre service at best. I would suggest you ask around before contracting with these people - I've since discovered that 3 people I know have also had bad experiences with Pefect Lawns and would not recommend hiring them.
